A couple weeks have passed, and school had been going normally. Nobody knows about your secret yet. The gash has healed, but left a big scar on your stomach. It's the next month, though...which means there will be a full moon soon. You have to think of a plan, quickly.

You're sitting in the library, struggling to think of what to write for your transfiguration essay. All that's on your mind is the full moon. It's in two days, which is this Sunday.

You were trying to figure out what to do....you had nobody to ask, or talk to about it, and you were starting to panic. Then, a thought popped into your head.  You finished your essay, and stuffed your books in your bag. You walked out of the library, straight to Dumbledore's office. You waved your wand, and said the password. "Liquorice Wands." You has heard Professor McGonagall say it one day.

You walked in, and he turned to look at you. "Good afternoon, Miss Y/n. What brings you in here?" He looked confused, but listened. "I uh, wanted to talk to you about something..and ask you something."

You stared at him nervously, as he walked over to his chair and sat down. "Of course, go on." he said, listening quietly.

"Well..." You told him everything. About you being a werewolf, about the full moon incident, and about how you were scared and didn't want to tell anyone, and that you had no clue what to do, because a full moon was coming up. He looked at you and sighed. "I know, y/n." he said, standing up and walking over to you. "Don't worry though, I can help." he said, grabbing a piece of parchment, and scribbling something down. It was a note to Professor Slughorn, the potions teacher.

"Bring this to Professor Slughorn. He should be able to whip up a batch of Wolfsbane for you, for Sunday." he said, smiling and handing you the note. You thanked him, and headed to down to the potions classroom. You knocked on the door, and Professor Slughorn opened it.

Ah, hello Miss l/n. What can I help you with?" You walked in, and handed him the piece of parchment. "It's from Professor Dumbledore. I don't know why he needed to write it down, when I could have just told you, but I guess it's easier that way. Or, proof that he sent me, I suppose." you said, nervously.

He looked at the note and nodded. He walked over to the shelves and grabbed the ingredients, and began to make the potion. "So a werewolf, eh?" he said, trying to break the silence. You looked at him sadly, and said "Yeah.." You sighed, as he finished up the potion. You thanked him, and left the room with the potion in your hand.

You were on your way back to the common room, when you ran into Remus. You quickly put your hand behind your back, hoping he didn't see the potion. "Hey y/n, are you alright? You look pale." he said, with a worried look. "Yeah, I'm fine. You just scared me half to death" you said, giggling. He let out a small chuckle, and then saw that you had your hand behind your back. "What's that?" he said, pointing to your hand.

Your heart started beating in your chest a million times per second. He can't know. He can't find out...he'll hate me. Think of something, y/n! Come on..

You stared at him blankly, and opened your mouth to speak, but nothing came out. He couldn't fully see what is was, unless I held it up to him, since it was dark, but that didn't stop him from trying to see it. "Is that a potion?" he said, curiously.

You quickly improvised, as you still hadn't said anything. "Oh, yeah.. it's just a Pepperup Potion. Madame Pomfrey asked me to bring it to her before I head off to bed." He looked up at you, questioning your response. "Oh, ok. I thought it was Wolfsbane for a second there." he said, laughing awkwardly. "Well, sorry for stopping you. Good night." he said, turning and walking away.

As soon as he was out of sight, you let
out a sigh of relief. Your heart slowed back down, and you slowly walked back to the common room. You ran up to your dorm, and walked in. You figured Lily was asleep, since it was late. But she was actually sitting on her bed, reading. You didn't see her in time, and you went to hide the potion behind your back, but it was too late. She already saw it.

You turned and looked at her, her eyes wide, as she stared at the potion in your hand. "Y/n, is that...."
