You smiled as Remus ran up to you. "Hi Rems." you said happily. He set Luna down on your lap, and gave you a warm, desperate hug, trying not to hurt you as well.

You two hugged for a moment, enjoying being in each other's arms.

Remus pulled away, and sat on the bed next to you. You picked up Luna and held her close. "Luna, don't run off like that again! I thought you had died!" you said in a baby voice, kissing her a dozen times.

She mewed softly, and snuggled under the blankets when you put her down.

You turned to Remus, who was smiling sadly at you. "I was so worried about you, (y/n). This is all my fault. I should have watched where I was going. I couldn't sleep at all the whole time you've been out.." he said, slightly frowning.

You lifted you arms, cupping his face in your hands. "Rems, it's not your fault. I was the one walking full speed, not looking where I was going. I was just worried about Luna, and I should have been more careful." you said, reassuring him.

He nodded and looked up at you. "I'm sorry for disappearing all day the other day. I had some errands to do." he said softly. You looked at him and smiled. "It's okay, I didn't mind. Plus, Padfoot kept me pretty entertained. He dragged me all around hogsmeade like an excited little puppy." you said giggling.

He chuckled softly, and looked at you once more. "You need to stop skipping class, though. That's like the 15th time already, (y/n)." he said. You playfully rolled your eyes, lying back down in the bed.

"I knowww but hanging out with Sirius is so much more fun. He likes to have fun like I do. Classes are boring." you said, grinning. He sighed, as he knew he wasn't going to convince you. He also seemed to look upset when you said you liked spending time with Sirius, as well. You didn't seem to know why, but you decided it was probably best to not say anything.

He rubbed your arm, and stood up. "I should probably let you get some sleep, so you can recover." he said. You nodded, and looked at Luna snuggled up in your blankets. "Do you think...she could stay?" you asked.

He looked at Luna, and smiled. "I suppose so. She isn't really doing anything wrong. Plus, I'm sure she missed you." You smiled brightly, thanking him.

"Oh- by the way...how long was I out?" you asked cluelessly. He stopped walking, and turned around to look at you. He walked over to you and gulped. "Uh...a week?" he said hesitantly.

Your eyes shot open, and you sat up. "A WEEK? THAT'S A LONG TIME. HOW MUCH CLASS DID I MISS? WHEN'S THE NEXT FULL MOON? OH MERLIN'S BEARD THIS IS TERRIBLE." you panicked.

He put his hand on your arm, and tried to calm you down.

"(Y/n), it's alright. I did most of your homework for you, and I'll bring the rest in later. And the next full moon isn't till the end of next week, so don't worry. You'll be fine, darling."

You blushed a little at the name he called you, and calmed down. "Thank you, Remus. Sorry I...I didn't mean to freak out like that. It's just..a week..thats a long time." you said.

He nodded, and squeezed your hand lightly. "I know, but it's alright. Everything is handled. All that matters now is you need to rest. So you can feel better. You may have to stay in bed for a couple more day, but then you'll be able to go. I'll come back later, okay?"

You smiled and nodded, giving him one last hug before he walked out, leaving you alone in the quiet room.

You yawned, and got comfortable, cuddling up with Luna.

Might as well get some sleep...
