"Is that...Wolfsbane?" she said, setting her book down slowly. "I-uh...I-" you didn't know what to say. You were at a loss for words. You sighed, and gave up. "Yeah..." you said, as you slumped down on your bed. Your eyes started to fill with tears. You couldn't do this.. you weren't ready for the conversations that were soon to come.

She stood up, and walked over to you. She sat down next to you and looked at you, as tears were streaming down your face. "Hey..don't cry. Is that what you've been hiding? Why you were in so much pain? You're a werewolf?" she asked, looking up at your face, now soaked with tears. You started to cry more.

"y-yeah.." is all you could say. She hugged you, and stayed like that for a good 5 minutes. "I won't tell a soul. I promise." she said, with a sad smile. "But...why are you crying so much, I mean I get that you didn't want me to know, but why?" she asked, with a sad look.

You looked at her, then at your hands, fidgeting with the potion bottle. "I..I hate myself. For being this way, for being a..a.. monster." you said, sobbing. She held your hand, and looked into your eyes. "Hey, you're not a monster, y/n. You're my best friend. You're an amazing girl. Don't ever think for a second that you're anything less than that." she smiled, and held your shoulders.

"You'll be okay. Trust me. I'll make sure you don't forget to take that potion, and Sunday night will be just fine." She hugged you once more, then walked back to her bed. You shoved the potion in your suitcase, and went to the bathroom to change into your pajamas. You came back, and Lily was already fast asleep. You smiled, as she looked so peaceful.

You wished you could sleep that peacefully, with no nightmares, or over thinking. You hated it. But all you could think of was sleeping right now. You got into bed, and Luna jumped up and cuddled with you. You drifted off to sleep, still hundreds of thoughts clouding your mind. You tried to push them away, and just focus on sleep for now. Soon, you had fully drifted off.

You woke up, and it was morning. You didn't want to get up, especially after last night. You decided to stay in bed all day. Remus came to check on you, and you just said you felt sick, so you stayed in. He believed you, but looked worried. You assured him you were fine, so he didn't worry so much. He brought you food whenever it was meal time, and Lily brought you any missing work you needed, so you would be caught up in your classes.

You thanked them both. You didn't know where you'd be if you hadn't met them. Probably a depressed, lonely, anxious mess, to be honest.

You finally decided to get out of bed, not bothering to change. You were in your pajamas, a tank top and short shorts. It was nighttime, so everyone was asleep, anyways. You decided to take a walk to the astronomy tower. You walked quietly so you wouldn't get caught. You arrived at the astronomy tower, and walked to the edge, and looked up at the stars. It was so peaceful at night.

You were usually scared of looking at the sky, because of the full moons. It was nice to see the sky without a full moon, since usually you didn't look at the sky a lot. As you stood there, watching the stars, you heard footsteps behind you. You turned quickly, your heart beating fast.

You saw Remus standing there, looking at you. "Y/n? What are you doing out here?" he said, with a sleepy voice. You examined his face. He hasn't been sleeping well at all. You could tell, because of the heavy eye bags under his eyes. You wondered why.

"Yeah, I couldn't sleep. Surprisingly." you said, looking back up at the sky. "Me neither." he sighed. "I've got too much on my mind, and I usually come out here when that happens.

"Wanna talk about it?" you said, resting your head on his shoulder, as he stood next to you. He looked down at your sleepy self, resting on his shoulder. He smiled sadly. "Not really. It's not really something I can just share with someone. I'm not very find of it, in fact I hate myself for it." he said, letting out a sigh.

You looked up at him. It sounded just like your problem. But...it couldn't be. you decided to ignore it, not wanting to invade his privacy. "That's alright. We don't have to talk about it." You smiled at him. He yawned, and looked back up at the stars. "It really is beautiful out here." he said, putting his arm over your shoulder.

"It really is." you said. You couldn't stop smiling. You never wanted this moment to end. You and and Remus, looking at the stars together, his arm around you, as you rested your head on his shoulder.

But, you were starting to feel sleepy. You yawned again, and it caught his attention. "We should probably head to bed, huh sleepyhead?" he said, letting out a small chuckle. He kept his arm around you for a moment, wrapped his other arm around you, as well. He held you close, keeping you warm, as you were freezing, shivering because it was quite cold.

You smiled. You wish you could stay like this forever, but you looked back up at him standing tall above you, and said "Yeah, I guess we should. I'm pretty tired." You both walked back to the common room, very tired.

You were about to walk up the stairs to the girl's dorms, when Remus said "Hey, y/n.." You turned back around, and walked back over to him. "Yeah?" you said, practically forcing your eyes to stay open, trying to stay awake. You couldn't see him super well, since it was dark, but you could see the tiredness in his face. He needed to sleep.

"I just wanted to say thank you..for everything. You made these past couple of weeks so much better." he said, with a very tired voice. You smiled. "No, I should be the one to thank you Remus. You took care of me and made my first couple weeks here amazing." you said. "Now go get some sleep, you look dreadful. You need some rest, I don't want you to get sick." you said, and for some reason you felt a little more confident. You stood on your tippy toes, and kissed his cheek, then turned around to walk back up the stairs quickly. Remus stood there in shock.

*Remus's POV*

"Now go get some sleep, you look dreadful. You need some rest, I don't want you to get sick." she said to me. I looked at her, as she smiled. She's beautiful. I don't know why she seems to dislike herself so much...I wish she'd tell me.

Then, right before she went to walk away, she kissed my cheek. She kissed me. She went back up to the dorms after that, but I couldn't move. Y/n just kissed me. I was in shock, but felt happy. I touched my cheek, and felt a wave of happiness flow through my body. I walked back up to the dorms, and sunk into my bed. I fell asleep quite easily after that.

As I drifted off, I couldn't stop thinking about her. Then it hit me...I totally have feelings for y/n...
