After the whole kidnapping incident involving Ken, Raya, her little brother, Genki and all the missing kids, we all had to be careful about our next move.

The children from the kidnapping case were now infected with dark spore data, and with Raya's data implanted in them as well, there's no telling what Oikawa would be planning for them.

We did some research on Oikawa and it led back to his job not too far away from where we all lived.

Kari, Tk, Ken, Yolei, Davis and I went to his work and asked for any information on him. Thankfully, they didn't ask too many questions and a few minutes later, one of the employees, who was actually Ken's father, came back with a file from 1999. He opened the file and showed us a picture of Oikawa when he was younger.

"That's the guy. Oh, he gives me the willies." The man said pointing towards the younger Oikawa.

"It is him." Tk said.

"Well, he was at work up until a few days ago. But yesterday and today he didn't show up at all. He didn't even call in or anything."

"Thanks, Dad." Ken said taking to photo, "Mind if we keep this photo for a while?"

His father smiled, "Of course, go right ahead. But don't do anything dangerous, okay?"

Ken nodded, but his father leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms.

"Why do I get the feeling that's exactly what you're gonna do?" He asked.

I smiled, "Don't worry, Mr. Ichijouji, we won't let anything happen to him." I promised. To our relief, Mr. Ichijouji accepted the promise and we all left.

"He looks like an ordinary person." Cody said, looking down at the photo as we walked down the sidewalk.

"Yeah, then why can he control Arukenimon and Mummymon?" Yolei asked.

"I don't care what he is. I just wanna shut him down." Davis declared. I laughed and grabbed his hand, inspired to fight even harder to defeat Oikawa. But I had a bad feeling that there was more to Oikawa than meets the eye.

~~~~Raya~~~~

I sat on the couch with my little brother in my arms and lap, Luna sitting on my brother's lap. Ever since the kidnapping incident, Genki hasn't left my side for long, and I was okay with that. It gave me an excuse to spend more time with my baby brother.

Just then, we heard the phone ring over the TV noise. I picked Genki up in my arms and went over to answer the call.

"Hello, Karasuma residence." I answered.

"Raya, it's Tk."

"Tk, hey, what's going on?" I asked.

"We're going to the houses of the kidnapped kids. We want to make sure that the dark spores haven't bloomed yet. Could you possibly help us?"

I nodded, "Of course. I'll help in any way I can. Where should we meet?"

"Cody and I are going to a girl named Noriko's house. I'll send you the address. See you then."

"All right. See you." I hung up the phone and put Genki down.

"Are you going on digidestined work?" He asked.

I nodded, grabbing our shoes and coats.

"That's right, but you're coming along with me." I said, "I don't trust you home alone, nor with Oikawa still around. Besides, with my powers, I'll be able to protect you from any darkness that comes our way. You're safer with me than alone."
