I KNOW THAT the world shares sorrow that Mrs. Kennedy...

The news played on the small television as one of the Majestic Twelve lit up a new stick of cigarette to inhale on to. "Ah, you made it." He exclaimed after seeing Reginald stepping out of the elevator, "Were you followed?"

"Of course not." Hargreeves replied, "I used the decoy." He added as he got closer to the group's table.

"Champagne?"

"There's nothing to celebrate." Reginald Hargreeves refused with a cold stare. He was furious to find out they had broke their word per their agreement about the assassination of the president.

One chuckled at the way he acted. "Well, clearly, you haven't heard the news." He tittered. "Our little Kennedy problem is solved."

"He was not to be touched!" Reginald glared at his fellow comrade. "That was the deal." He addressed.

His complaint made a man laugh in the background. "Well, he had to go, one way or the other." One man reasoned after belching out the smoke from his lungs. "Pissed off too many people." He added as he brought the cigarette to his lips once more.

"You lied to me." Hargreeves trembled. One thing he was dreading to happen was people using him for the wrong doing.

The whole secret board slowly turned to look at him. The sound of the burning cigarette can be heard from how silent they all were for a short moment. "We all got what we wanted. The rocket technology you supplied us with will enable us to beat the Russians to the moon.

"And in turn, when we do arrive, five or six years from now, your interests on the dark side of the moon won't be affected." The man finished, "Worthy of a celebration... don't you think?"

Sir Reginald's face remained cold and expressionless. He felt ridiculed from the way their ignorance lingered around the room. He wasn't planning on staying with such fools any longer. "You will never contact me again." He slowly bellowed as he turned away, "Goodnight, gentlemen."

"Don't be too sure of that, Reg." One of them mimicked, causing him to stop on his tracks. He thought the only way to make Reginald stay was through blackmailing. So he resorted to that said idea. "You're gonna keep giving us that fancy technology of yours." He stated.

Reginald turned to him, "And why would I do that?" He questioned.

"Because if you don't," The talker of the group put up a smug look as he fidgeted with the cigarette between his fingers, "we'll tell the world who you really are."

The old man flared in fury that he slowly stepped down towards them once more. He was ready to put them out in his own way. "Uh-oh. Someone's ready for a fight." His now former comrade mocked as he took off his blazer and laid it on the chair.

Reginald brought his arms up to the back of his neck as if he was trying to pull something out of it. They were all bewildered about his actions while he struggled to find what he was looking for.

"What's he doing?" Others murmured.

By then, everyone of them were on the edge of their seats, partially afraid of what would happen next.

However, it was too late for them to get away from him after finding out his flesh was only covering what he truly was from within.
