Ch 11 Fight At The Docks

Y/N POV

I am walking through Vale with the girls and we are looking for Blake. Ruby is getting sad because she is worried and Weiss is doing little to help. While she acts like she doesn't care I break off from them and head in a different direction. My stomach growls so I decide to get something to eat. I head to nearby ice cream parlor and head inside. When I step inside I see that Neo girl from the warehouse ordering ice cream. She turns around and the moment she spots me she draws her weapon and runs at me. I freeze time and take away her weapon and make her sit down. I resume time and she blinks at me then signs.

Neo: "Where is my weapon and how did I go from standing to sitting?"

Y/N: *holds up her weapon* "Right here and I made you sit down."

Neo: "What are you doing here?"

Y/N: "I came here to get some ice cream."

Neo: "Oh, can I have my weapon back?"

I hand her weapon back to her and go to order my favorite ice cream. I return and begin to eat when Neo asks me a question.

Neo: "Who are you and why are you after my boss?"

Y/N: "My name is Y/N. As for your boss I needed answers from her."

Neo: "Answers for what?"

Y/N: "I'm looking for someone and I want to know if your boss knows her."

Neo: "Who is it you're searching for and why?"

Y/N: "I'm looking for my mom because I lost her a long time ago and she probably thinks I'm dead."

Neo: "You really want to see her again huh?"

Y/N: "Yeah, she was the only one who cared for me as a son while my own father called me a abomination and tried to kill me."

Neo: "That's horrible!"

Y/N: "Yeah not exactly father of the year. So what about you, is there someone you have a special connection to?"

Neo: "Yes, when I was a kid I was left all alone. But one day Roman found me and took me in. He took care of me and sort of became like a father to me."

We continue to talk until clear into nighttime. We part ways and as I walk down the street I see a explosion. I run to it and see Blake and the monkey faunus fighting Roman and the white fang. Blake and the monkey team up and manage to knock Roman onto his back. He fires his cane at a hanging shipping container and makes it fall. I run to Blake and the faunus and catch the container which almost crushes me. I groan and toss it to the side; I look at Roman and he is in shock.

Suddenly Penny joins the fight and makes swords appear from her back. She makes them spin around and takes out a group of white fang. More bullheads arrive and fire their guns at Penny. She dodges then fires a big laser from her swords which slices two of the bullheads in half. I see one of the bullheads trying to take off with a container of dust which I won't allow. I grab the tail end of the bullhead and keep it from taking off.

Roman POV

I hear a bullhead trying to get away; I turn my head and see that kid keeping the bullhead grounded with his bare hands. Just how much power does he have up his sleeve? I decide to cut my losses and escape while I can.

Y/N POV

The bullhead cranks its engines to the max; I feel myself moving so I use more of my strength and toss the bullhead into the water. I turn and see Roman escape in another bullhead; I growl in anger and head towards the others. Weiss and Yang arrive with Ruby trying to quickly explain Blake's situation while Weiss walks towards Blake.

Blake: "Weiss, I want you to know that I'm no longer associated with the white fang. Back when I was with them-"

Weiss: "Stop. Do you have any idea of how long we've been searching for you? Twelve hours, that means I've had twelve hours to think about this and in that twelve hours I've decided. I don't care."

Blake: "You don't care?"

Weiss: "You said you're not one of them anymore, right?"

Blake: "No. I-I haven't been since I was younger."

Weiss: "Upupupup. I don't want to hear it. All I want to know is that the next time something this big comes up? You'll come to your teammates and not some..." *looks at monkey* "Someone else."

Blake: "Of course."

Ruby: "Yeah! Team RWBY is back together."

Weiss: *points at monkey* "I'm still not quite sure how I feel about you."

Ruby: "Hey, wait a minute, where's Penny?"

We look around but don't see her.

Y/N: "She was just right here."

We head back to Beacon and prepare for a new day. I lay on my side with Lupus snuggling up to me and lose myself to the sweet embrace of sleep.
