Ch 14 Warning And A Order

Y/N POV

I am sitting on a rooftop overlooking the rally Blake and Sun are in. It goes well until I hear screaming and glass shattering. I get up and chase a Paladin down a highway; it gets knocked off and I follow it. I land next to the Paladin and charge at it. It fires rockets at me but I dodge them easily. Ruby and Blake cut off  the left arm then Yang starts punching the Paladin's back. She gets knocked off then punched through a concrete pillar. Yang's hair shines and she punches the Paladin's left arm into pieces. Blake spins Yang around in circles while I use my semblance to speed her up. She goes so fast that she is able to move faster than the Paladin can react and is flung towards it. She punches it to pieces with Roman tumbling out onto the floor. We corner him and I feel something hit the back of my head.

Ruby POV

I hear Y/N hit the floor and find him unconscious. I look around and see a pink and brown hair colored girl behind Y/N then run to Torchwick. She opens her umbrella and her and Torchwick shatter like glass. I hear a bullhead roar and see it fly away. I put Y/N's arm around my neck and with Yang's help we make it back to Beacon.

Y/N POV

I wake up and sit upwards on the couch. I remember last night and being knocked out. I get dressed and angerly march to Cinder's room. I pound on the door and the green girl answers it. She goes pale and I barge into their room and to Cinder's bed. She sees me and her eyes widen.

Cinder: *scared* "To what do I owe this visit?"

Y/N: *crosses arms* "Roman, he caused a commotion last night and I had a fight with him that resulted in damages. I thought you were going to abandon your plan?"

Cinder: "Please I had no control over him."

Y/N: "Does he take orders from you?"

Cinder: "Yes but-"

Y/N: *holds up hand* "Then you should have control over him."

Cinder: *tearing up* "Please forgive me I was going to tell him to abandon the plan but it got too late and-"

Y/N: "Shut up. One chance."

Cinder: "Excuse me?"

Y/N: "You have one more chance. If he makes the same mistake I will put all of you in a loop of never ending pain and death."

Cinder POV

He walks out of the room and slams the door behind him. I sigh in relief thankful he didn't do anything. I look at Emerald and she is just as scared as I am.

Emerald: "What are we going to do?"

Cinder: "We are going to my queen and tell her everything."

We leave Beacon and head to Salem's castle. When we arrive my stomach starts to hurt and the others are feeling the same way. We enter the castle and head to the throne room. I see Hazel and the others sitting at the table.

Salem: "Cinder, what is it now?"

I stand in front of her and bow.

Cinder: "My q-queen, there is something I wish to discuss."

Salem: *annoyed* "What is it?"

I look at Mercury and Emerald and they are sweating bullets.

Salem: "Cinder! Burry up you are wasting my time."

Cinder: "I t-think we s-should not attack B-Beacon."

She growls and lifts me in the air by my throat. I struggle to breath and try to escape her vise like grip.

Salem: "Tell me why on Remnant do you think that?"

Cinder: *strained* "Because of a man."

Salem: *brings Cinder closer* "Why would I be afraid of a single man?"

Cinder: "Because...he can...stop time."

Her eyes go wide and she lets go; I fall to the ground grabbing my throat and trying to regain my breath.

Salem: "What did you say?"

Cinder: "This man, he has the ability to stop time with him being the only unaffected."

Salem: "Who is this man, where is he?"

Cinder: "I don't know his name but he is a student at Beacon."

Hazel: "What do you wish us my queen?"

Salem: "I want all of you to find this man and bring him to me."

Cinder: "What if he kills us before we can apprehend him?"

Salem: "You will succeed in this mission or else; am I understood?"

Everyone: "Yes Salem."

We leave the castle and head back to Vale to begin our mission.

Salem POV

I sit down on my throne and look out the window. Pretty soon I feel tears run down my face and they won't stop. I wipe away the tears and feel a smile forming on my face.

Salem: "You're really alive. Just hang on and we'll be together again soon my son. Just wait Y/N."

Cinder POV

We arrive back in Vale and set up shop in the warehouse.

Hazel: "Why do you think Salem wants us to find this one man?"

Watts: "I don't know but if he has our queen like this, he must be quite the person."

Tyrian: "I hope we get a chance to fight so I can prove my worth to my goddess."

Cinder: "Remember you fool, we are to find him and bring him back to lady Salem."

Tyrian: "I know, but she didn't say to not bring him back battered and bruised."

I turn away from them and smile at his foolishness.

Cinder: (thoughts) "You are a complete fool if you think you stand a chance against him. He could kill you and you wouldn't be able to stop him even if you tried."

I smile thinking he could die but it doesn't go unnoticed by the others.

Watts: "And just what are you smiling for?"

Cinder: "All of you are stupid if you think this will be easy for you."

Tyrian: "What did you say!"

Watts: "Please, I'm sure we can handle whatever a little boy can throw at us."

Mercury: "You guys are so dead and you don't even know it."
