Emily, J.J. and Spencer talk, but I don't pay attention to their conversation. My mind goes other places.

Aaron. Our conversation. How my job is probably ruined.

J.J. brings me out of my thoughts when she touches my upper arm, causing me to jump slightly.

"Hey, you okay, Y/N?" J.J. asks getting everyone's attention on me.

"Uh, yeah. I'm good," I say with false positivity.

"You sure?" Emily asks and I nod in response, plastering a smile on my face.

Derek and Aaron eventually join us, Aaron doing his hardest to avoid looking at me.

"Reid and J.J. head to the M.E.'s office, Prentiss and Rossi, go to the George Brown's crime scene, Morgan and Y/L/N, talk to George's family," Aaron says, as we head to our SUVs.

Morgan and I ride in silence for a few until he breaks it.

"Hey, what's wrong?" He asks and I shrug.

"What do you mean?" I smile.

"Don't pull that. I know something is up, and unlike the others I will find out," Derek says sternly and I go quiet.

"Well?" He asks and I stay quiet.

"It's not something I want to really talk about," I quietly say.

"Well, I'm always here if you need anything. Okay?" Derek says, pulling over onto the street parking.

"Okay," I say and we get out of the car.

We knock on the door and an older woman opens it.

"Hi, can we help you?" The lady asks.

"Hi, I'm Agent Derek Morgn and this is Agent Y/L/N, we're with the FBI," Derek says as we flash her our badges.

"Oh, yes, please come in," the lady opens the door fully, allowing us to enter.

"I'm Angelina Brown and my husband, John, is out back. I suppose you're here about George?" Angelina tears up and we nod.

"Yes, ma'am, do you mind getting your husband?" I ask and she goes towards the back door.

They both make their way back to us and Angelina motions us to sit on their love seat.

"Can you give us some background on who George used to hang out with or places he would like to visit?" Derek starts and John begins speaking.

"George was a bit of a loner. He had a few friends at his work, but other than that he didn't really date or talk to anyone," John says before clearing his throat.

Angelina shifts in her seat and Derek continues to question.

"Can you give us the names of these coworkers?"

"Adam Poles, I think. Then Tyanna Williams and Amy Broker. Anyone else, honey?" John says and Angelina stays quiet.

"Ma'am, if there is something you aren't telling us, we need to know. Anything you tell us is important, even if it doesn't seem like it," I say as nicely as I can and Angelina looks at me before speaking.

"George did date. He went on a few dates with his boss.. Adam Poles. He wasn't openly, uh, gay. But he said he didn't want to date Adam anymore so he broke it off and Adam didn't like that. Oh, God, did he kill my son? My baby!?" Angelina became hysterical and John hugs her, tears in his own eyes.

"Thank you, so much. You did great. This is really helpful," I try to cheer her up and she looks at me.

"Get the person who killed my son. Please," Angelina continues to look at me and I nod.

We leave to the car and Derek looks at me.

"You can't just promise to catch a killer."

"I didn't. I only nodded," I say, "What was I suppose to do?"

"Not nod or agree. Just walk away," Derek says and I nod.

"Call Garcia and tell her to find information on Adam Poles. And we need to talk to his only other friends, Amy and Tyanna," Derek says.

I do as I'm told as we drive back to the station.

"We're all the victims gay?" I ask and Derek looks at me.

"You think that he's killing gay men for their sexuality?" Derek asks.

"No, I think he's killing them because they remind him of himself. Think about it, all of the victims look similar. All slicked back black hair on the daily. White. Could that be possible?" I ask and Derek nods.

"I think you just found a motive," Derek says parking the car and getting out. I follow him as we enter the station.

Aaron glares at me and Derek as we get to the evidence room, passing him at the coffee machine.

"Guys, we might have a suspect and a potential motive," I say, getting the information on Adam from texts from Garcia.

Let's hope I'm right.
