Castle and Beckett: Always

Chapter 25

It had been two weeks since they had been released from the hospital and baby Johanna and Cosmo were very demanding. Castle and Beckett were constantly busy taking care of the twins, so they barely got any sleep. It was now 8:30 at night and Kate was feeding Jo and then Cosmo. After putting them to sleep, they retreated to their bedroom.

Once they laid down on bed, Kate pulled Castle's tee shirt off of him and began to stroke his abs. Castle seemed confused at this sudden action, but didn't mind. Then Kate began to undo his belt. "Kate?" asked Castle. "What are you doing?" Instead of answering, she slid her hand down under his pants and boxers, and held him in her hand. Now understanding what she wanted, Castle began to remove her tanktop and yoga pants. By this point Kate had taken off his pants and boxers so he was naked on the bed. Castle started to kiss her chest before slowly removing her bra and underwear. Then they kissed each other and let their tongues battle. When they finally released, they both had swollen lips and were out of breath. After they caught their breath Castle pushed opened Kate's knees exposing her hole. He lined himself up with it before asking, "Condom?" "No," replied Kate. "I don't think I can get pregnant this soon and I just want to feel you," "Okay," replied Castle as he thrust into her. They both moaned as he sunk in and she adjusted to his size. "Alright move," said Kate. He began to move in and out a few times before Kate started to scream. After less than a second, Castle felt his penis getting very wet and immediately pulled out. Kate's screaming had slightly subsided as tears rolled down her face. Rick looked at his wife and saw a puddle of blood forming on the white sheets below her. "Oh my gosh! Did I hurt you?" he asked. Kate had stopped screaming, but was still crying as she adjusted to the level of pain she was in. "Castle help," she croaked. "What do I do?" he asked frantically. "Get me a roll of toilet paper," she said. He quickly got one and began to layer it into a makeshift pad like she explained. Then he lifted up Kate and slid it under her. She screamed at the movement and began to cry again. He looked down and noticed how fast she was bleeding. The makeshift pad was already drenched in blood. "Castle, go ask Alexis for a pad," said Kate. "Don't you have one?" He asked. She shook her head and Castle got dressed to go upstairs and see Alexis. "This is going to be so awkward," thought Castle. He ran up the stairs and knocked on her door and Alexis replied, "Come in." He opened the door and before he could speak she asked, "What is going on down there?" "Umm... nothing," replied Castle. "Kate needs a pad and she asked me to ask you for one." Alexis was very confused, but she went into her bathroom and handed one to her dad. "Thanks," he said as he ran down the stairs. What he didn't know was that Alexis was following him down. "Finally," said Kate. "Oh my gosh," shrieked Castle. "You already bled through that," he asked pointing to the completely red wad underneath her. Kate just nodded and he lifted her again and slipped that pad under her. Kate again screamed. Hearing the scream, Alexis looked in the bedroom and saw Kate completely naked on the bed with a bunch of blood under her. "Oh my gosh," said Alexis as she quickly turned around and ran away. "Where is the pain?" asked Castle. "Inside," replied Kate as she pointed to her vagina. Castle put on her bra and tee shirt and then said, "I am taking you to the hospital." "No! No no no!!!!" shrieked Kate. She hated the hospital and did NOT want to go. "Fine, but I am calling Lanie," he replied as he went into the kitchen. "Fine," said Kate quickly. She covered her bottom half with a blanket and then shouted. "Alexis, can you please come here." Alexis popped her head around the corner and asked, "What?" "Can you get me another pad?" asked Kate. "Yeah," replied Alexis. "What happened?" "Ummm... I think I got a tare in my vagina," replied Kate awkwardly. "Oh," said Alexis as she went to get another pad. "Lanie is on her way," said Castle. Alexis came back and tossed the pad on the bed and went back to her room. Kate took the blanket off herself and saw the pad was already half full. She started to get dizzy and leaned back on the pillows behind her. Ten minutes later Lanie arrived and asked Castle what was wrong. "I will let her explain," he replied as he brought her to the bedroom. Kate had a blanket over her, so you couldn't see the blood. Just then, they heard Cosmo crying through the baby monitor. "Castle, can you go take care of Cosmo?" asked Kate. "Yeah," he replied. "What is going on girl?" asked Lanie. "Well.... um.. Castle and I were sort of um... having sex, and when he went in one time, I felt sharp pain and started bleeding," she said, as she showed Lanie the puddle of blood and the two pads and toilet paper she had already soaked through. "Kate, we need to take you to the hospital. You probably have a tare your vagina walls and need surgery," said Lanie. "Fine," groaned Kate.

Two hours later.....

"Kate," said Castle. "Wake up." Kate had just had just come out of surgery. She sat up and looked around. "Johanna is hungry," said Castle. Kate lifted up her shirt and smiled as she felt Jo latch on and start drinking her milk. Just then the doctor knocked on the door and Kate quickly pulled up the blanket. "Hello, I came in to tell you that the surgery was successful and you can now go home. I also wanted to tell you that you need to refrain from sex and strenuous exercise for 3 weeks so that you can heal." said the doctor. Kate and Castle groaned slightly in sync and then smiled at each other. Once Johanna finished eating, she passed him off to Castle and he handed her Cosmo. Then they got up and went home.

At the loft.....

"I feel so embarassed," said Kate. "Alexis is going to be permanently scared of me." "No she won't," replied Castle as he changed the sheets and blankets on the bed. "Besides, it isn't your fault, it's mine. If I had been more gentle none of this would have happened." "Let's go to sleep," said Kate as she got into her pajamas and climbed into bed. Castle pulled her close and kissed her, and they both drifted off to sleep.
