First what you do is meditate for 5-15 minutes. I recommend listening to 6hz waves. After you meditate start repeating "I am" in your head, or out loud until you get symptoms of shifting. Then start saying things in your head about your dr. "My name is ___" "I love ___" "I go to school at ___" until you feel completely disconnected from your body. Once you do, start visualizing your dr until you can feel your surroundings change. Then open your eyes and you should be in your dr.
