On the side is a picture of Doreen :D

"Wait, hold up," Marissa held up a hand to prevent Doreen from talking further, "did you just say Baxton Supernatural Investigation Agency?" Doreen raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah... why?" The 18 year old retorted. "It's a super secret small organization of lunatics... It's kind of impossible that you've heard of it." When she saw that Marissa didn't reply and just looked down at her lap and twiddled her thumbs, she continued in a more serious tone. "As I was saying, I was forced to work in the BSIA since I was around... 10, I guess?"

"That young?" Jazmine questioned with shock. "Were you that scientifically talented? What did they make you do?"

Doreen sighed and closed her eyes. "Yeah, I guess you could say I was that. The organization had this project called Project Noble and they made the naive 10 year old the leader of it." Doreen let out a humorless chuckle and continued, "My boss believed in the perfect species of humans where they're smarter, stronger, have supernatural abilities, and were just overall better than the average human being. He assigned us to create a super serum to do just that."

"Wow, he is a loony... but at 10 years old?" Christina asked, still puzzled over everything. "How was that possible? And what happened to your parents; your family! If I had a kid, I wouldn't want him or her to join whatever that group is and play scientist."

"My parents worked for them as well." Doreen answered. "It wasn't until I was about 16 when they died. Everybody in the organization and the boss claimed that it was because of a 'mission gone wrong'."

"Oh." The group echoed awkwardly. Doreen continued on as if she was talking about the weather.

"I had three sisters, me being the oldest. When our parents died, the organization erased their memories of me and our parents and put them into the orphanage because the boss said that they were too 'incompetent' and 'unnecessary' for the organization. I haven't seen them since."

"Oh." The group repeated.

"That's awful!" Cried the phaser and the shapeshifter.

"Why do you seem so unaffected by that?" Andrew asked curiously. "I mean, they erased your sisters' memories of you and your guys' parents! If I were you, I'd probably be pissed as hell and go on a search for them and try to make them remember me or something."

"Wow," Jazmine muttered, "who knew Andrew was so passionate about family matters?" Andrew glared at her. Doreen shrugged.

"Ever since I worked for them at 10 years old, I wasn't able to see or spend time with my sisters, so it didn't really make much of a difference when it happened anyway." Maybe it was just him, but Andrew could've sworn that he saw a tear forming in her right eye. In a blink of an eye, that tear was gone and nobody, except him, noticed. "Anyway," Doreen continued on as if hearing nothing, "it took us years to finally develop the super serum that the boss wanted. It was right after my parents died that the serum was complete and ready to be tested. To test it, there was this guy who was supposed to be the guinea pig..."

"That's awful!" Melarni exclaimed. "What if he died or something?!" Doreen chuckled and shook her head.

"He didn't; in fact, the serum worked." Doreen clarified. "He was about the same age as me, actually, maybe older, but when I injected the serum into him, he became stronger... smarter... faster... and a person with telepathy and telekinesis."

"Freaky." Israel commented.

"Wait, I have telekinesis!" Christina gloated proudly. She then raised an eyebrow. "Wait a minute, didn't you say that you were working for them?" Doreen nodded. "Then how'd you end up here?" She gestured to the warehouse. "And that creepy motel we met you in."
