"So, like, I've been asking him to send me it and he just won't. Isn't that weird?" came the voice of a dark haired boy, walking down the hall.
Kevin nodded at his friend's statement, glancing up at him briefly.
He'd found out today that his last period class was right next to Juyeon's, and thus immediately started talking to the boy as their classes let out for the day.Juyeon shook his head as he finished telling his story, leaning up against the lockers.
Kevin looked over him for a moment. The boy had his dark hair down today, rather than pushed back as usual. He looked quite handsome, despite only being dressed in a hoodie and sweatpants.
God. How could Kevin have never realized he was bi?
"The guys seemed pretty normal at lunch today," Kevin brought up, Juyeon nodding at his statement. "You think they really thought about the post?"
Juyeon shook his head avidly. "Nah, they're pretty dense," he said, messing with a hair tie around his wrist. "Eric's the smartest out of them, I think, so he's the only one I'd be worried about."
Kevin snorted at this. "Yeah, smart..." he said, making Juyeon grin with his tone.
"I said smartest, I didn't say it was anything amazing," Juyeon joked along, both laughing despite feeling just a little mean.
"He's certainly gotta be something special to have two gay best friends he doesn't even know about," Juyeon added, Kevin practically dying at the comment.
"Oh, by the way, Juyeon," Kevin said after a moment, a thought coming to him. "Do you have a boyfriend?"
Juyeon gave him a playful smirk. "Why, you interested?" he asked in a knowing tone, cracking up at the disgusted look that Kevin gave him.
"I was just wondering, because I don't know anyone else here who's gay," Kevin explained, Juyeon nodding in understanding.
"You know Jacob," Juyeon spoke in a smartass sort of tone.
"Well— yeah, no shit," Kevin stuttered out. "I mean besides him. Not him."
Juyeon thought for a moment. "I do know a couple guys here who like boys, but I dunno if they'd want me to tell you or not," he said, rocking back and forth on his heels.
Kevin immediately put his hands up in defense. "Nah, I'm not asking you to say who," he clarified. "It's just nice knowing they're out there at least, I guess?"
Juyeon pulled out his phone. "Just a second," he said, holding a finger up as he speedily typed with his other hand.
A quick moment passed by, Juyeon seemingly waiting for something. His phone buzzed, and the boy scanned over whatever was on his screen.
"Younghoon is," Juyeon stated, shoving his phone back in his pocket.
Kevin blinked. "What...?"
"He just said I could tell you," the boy answered. "Younghoon likes guys."
Kevin stared at Juyeon, as if to detect any signs of lying.
"Him?" he questioned, having not expected it.Juyeon shrugged. "I couldn't tell when I met him either. Then I walked in on some shit I wish I could unsee."
Kevin felt like everything he'd known was a lie. Memories of what had happened in the art room ages ago came to mind... It made sense, in retrospect, why Younghoon didn't seem to have much of a reaction.
"Wait," Kevin stopped as a thought kept bothering him. "Okay, this might be a dumb question, but... if so many of you are gay, why are none of you friends with Jacob?"
