"Hyung, noona is awake from the coma but she is still sleeping but there are some things that you should know" Tae speaks up for me.
Yoongi hyung looks confused, glancing behind him at Namjoon who shrugs and gestures back to Taehyung. Yoongi hyung jerks his head in his direction, asking him to talk further.
"The doctors, um....they said that she......she um.....can't, you know....I mean.....the doctors said that....noona.....she won't........I mean, she does....."
"Tae, you're making no sense. Calm down and then talk if it's too much" Namjoon hyung goes over to pat his back while Yoongi hyung stays where he stood. Hesitating. His eyebrows were furrowed, face paler than usual.
"Tae....is there.....did the doctor tell you about any brain damage or further complications?" Tae gulps harshly before shaking his head in a negative.
"No....um....he said that......said that she does not remember recent incidents, things because of which she is here, the incident, the shooting, nothing" he stumbles over his words.
"Not even you" I whisper, but he heard it.
"Huh?!"
"She doesn't remember your relationship, only that you are one of my friends that she hangs out with" he scoffs.
"Ha, as if I'll believe you. Good try for a prank but it's not gonna work this time, kids" he moves over to me ruffling my hair a bit, settling down in the seat next to me, throwing his head back, closing his eyes with a smile on his face.
I lock eyes with Namjoon hyung, shaking my head, pleading him to believe us. And he does. I can see how recognition flashes through his eyes. He glances at hyung's relaxed body beside me and his eyes showcase a variety of emotions – pity, sadness, pain, worry.
"Can I wait for her to wake up in her room?" hyung speaks up from beside me.
"I don't think it's a great idea, hyung. Let her relax for a while before we go in" Tae covers up.
"Hmmm. Okay" his voice is dejected.
"Hey, hyung. Weren't you supposed to be working right now? And Namjoon hyung, you had school right?"
"I applied for a half day and picked Namjoon on the excuse of an emergency on my way here"
"Oh"
Three hours pass and everyone else has joined us, even Seo yeon noona. She is sitting with Hoseok hyung's arm on her shoulder, expecting me to talk but I can't look her in the eyes anymore. Jinae is still not here. Tae has already explained everyone about her condition when they came but Yoongi hyung still doesn't believe us.
"You can go meet her now. She got up and asked if her brother was coming to meet her" the doctor said with a smile before leaving again.
I get up, moving towards the door to greet her, my steps slow and lacking enthusiasm. Yoongi hyung, on the other hand, is walking way far ahead of me, eager to meet her.
I enter her room to Yoongi hyung wrapping her up in his arms with noona trying to wrap her head around his sudden affection, because all she remembers him as is my friend. I try not to let the thought linger in my head as I face my sister with a smile as she is released from the giant hug.
"Hey, there's my favourite sister!!"
"Hi. Um what is wrong with him? Missed me that much?"
"Nothing, noona. How are you feeling?" I ask as I try to hold back the tears from streaming down my face. Her voice a bit raspy but as sweet and soft like honey.
"I'm doing well. I missed you today morning. The doctors here were asking so many weird questions. Like who the hell is Sung Jae? I have not even heard the name. I told them that maybe it was the name of the guy who collided with my car" she shrugs. I nod.
"I missed you too. Please don't leave me, ever again. Promise me" my voice quivering as I wrap my arms around her.
"I won't. But hey, it wasn't my fault that guy was drunk driving! I freaked out and lost control of my own steering wheel" she exclaims. A soft metal clanging sound rings throughout the room. Hyung staggered back a few steps, a look of utter disbelief on his face.
"You really, I thought, he was...he is correct, he was not, not lying, I-I....h-he said, said that you.....you were not, Oh God you weren't l-lying" he stammers, words jumbling up as he looks at noona and then faces me.
"No hyung. I think you should wait outside" I say, noticing noona's worried expression.
"Is he alright?" she asks as soon as he steps out of the room, loud sobs still audible from outside.
"He will be, don't worry. I'll take care of him" I smile at her "Do you want to take a rest? Should I step out?"
"No Jimin. Are the others here?" she asks, hopeful.
"They are. Wait I'll send them in"
"Wait. Before you go, can I ask you something?" she goes on to continue seeing me nod "When he hugged me, I felt a burst of warmth, it was almost magical, like how do I describe it? It was, was like watching millions of flowers blooming on a field at the same time. I felt comfortable. I didn't want it to end but it was just so sudden that I could not reciprocate it. I was confused. I have never felt like this except for when I hug you. Is something wrong? I feel like I'm missing something in the picture that I'm seeing now. Like why is he suddenly hugging me? We were never that close"
"It's nothing, noona. You shouldn't be thinking about it so much. He just missed you when you were sleeping" I smile, sadness blooming in my chest.
"I'll go out now, okay? You should talk with the others, catch up on stuff, yeah?" she hums in agreement as I step out of her room, Yoongi hyung nowhere to be seen.
I sigh as I make my way to the others in the waiting room, taking out my phone to call hyung.
"Hey, she wants to meet you guys. You should go in now"
"Oh. Where are you going, chim?" Taehyung asks me as I step in the opposite direction.
"To get Yoongi hyung. He got the shock of his life when he realised we were not lying, ran out of the room"
"Oh ok. Take care" I nod before going to the car, asking the driver to drop me off at hyung's place.

I just have a lot of things going on and my sleep schedule just got even more messed up than before and I often forget to log on to Wattpad and write the chapters.
