Too long alone

"What did you do to him!?" I screamed trying to run towards him.

"Not so fast honey" Vanessa chuckles grabbing me around the waist and pulling me back.

My lack of sleep, food and water had me barely able to move so she had no trouble controlling me.

More silent tears pouring down my cheeks as I stared at Liam's purple and swollen face one last time before Vanessa dragged me out the door and threw me back into the room I was being kept in.

"What was the point of that?" I said anger boiling up inside of me.

"Just for a bit of a laugh I guess. Thought you should at least see him one last time before you never get to again. Considering he thinks your pregnant with Harry's baby and not his, I think there's pretty much no chance he's ever going to want to lay eyes on you again" she replied with a sick smile.

She made me feel sick. She was so calm about it all. Like it was no big deal. Yet I was genuinely afraid of what she would do to Liam, my baby or myself.

Vanessa's phone began to ring in her pocket.

"Hello?" she answered.

I couldn't make out what the person on the other end of the phone was saying but from the look on Vanessa's face, it couldn't have been good.

"Shit" she said before she exploded.

"YOU ABSOLUTE IDIOT. IF HE FINDS OUT WHO WE ARE THEN WE'RE BEING LOCKED UP FOR SURE..." was all I heard before she stormed out of the room and slammed the door.

*Liam's POV*

I woke up with my whole body aching and shaking. The concrete ground was freezing and uncomfortable.

As soon as I attempted to sit up a great burst of pain shot up every part of my body.

"Rebecca, you need to get rid of that footage. No, I don't care. THEN FIND A WAY! Well expect "Rebecca Donaldson: known kidnapper" posters all over town the second he gives it into the police. Yeah, that's what I thought" Vanessa said.

My whole head pounded.

Rebecca Donaldson, Spencer's old friend. She helped Vanessa do this to us.

I felt sudden sick. What was going on with my life?

Did Spencer really get with Harry? No, she wouldn't. She wouldn't. Harry wouldn't.

I know I left her all alone but...

My mind continuously flashes back to the day where we had the fight.

She had seriously thought I had cheated on her. And Niall the idiot, I had already told him to go along with the cover up that I stayed at his house if Spencer asked him.

Vanessa really had it all planned out, tell Spencer at the party where Niall would be too drunk to remember that I asked him to say I stayed with him, and she knew how Spencer would react, and that I would go after her. And then she had the prime opportunity... to kidnap me.

I wished I would've had the chance to tell Spencer what really happened that weekend. Maybe she would've still let me stay over and none of this would've happened. Maybe she would be safe, the baby would be safe, I would be safe.

I needed to talk to her. I needed to tell her why I lied to her about that weekend. That I didn't do anything to hurt her.

I listened up against the door to Vanessa's conversation on the phone to who I presumed was Rebecca.

She sighed. "Fucking unbelievable" she whispered.

"I'm coming to see you" she added.

I heard her walk away from the door and a door close.

It was my opportunity.

I shook at the door uncontrollably trying to break the lock.

Please, please open.

I collapsed against the door, exhausted. Tears filled my eyes.

The door opened behind me. I fell backwards slightly, in shock.

I stood up slowly and turned around.

... It was Spencer.
