SUMMER

Eating with them on that table is so damn awkward after what happened earlier. Halos Hindi ko na nga manguya at malunok ang bawat sinubo kong pagkain dahil sa pagkawala ng gana.

"Summer, wait!" Pigil sakin ni Isaiah ng akmang papasok na ako sa kwartong inuukupa namin ni Autumn.

A minute ago, I was very thankful that the lunch has already finished. But right now, I just wanna run into that room and stressed myself thinking about things.

Hinarap ko sya habang may neutral na ekspresyon sa mukha at hindi muna nagsalita.

"Uhh. I just wanna clear the topic about Erin." Panimula nito.

Natatawa kong itinaas ang dalawa kong kamay na nagpatigil dito sa pagsasalita.

"Don't worry. I've heard it loud and clear. No need to explain that to me. My point of view isnt important anyway." Mapait kong sabi dito.

Medyo kumunot ang noo nito ng marinig ang huli kong sinabi at kaagad na hinablot ang braso ko ng akmang tatalikod ako dito.

"Who told you that your point of view is not important? Of course it does! It matters to me! You're my wife!" Halos may pagmamaka-awa nitong sabi sakin. Habang medyo humihigpit na ang hawak sa braso ko.

"I'm YOUR wife?! Are you kidding me? Ask everyone 'who is your wife' and they'll tell you one person. Erin is your wife!" Sigaw ko dito.

Wala na akong pakialam kung may ibang makarinig sa mga sinisigaw ko ngayon. I just need to burst my emotions out in front of this guy.

"I don't give a damn about them and their answer! I need you. We don't need them in our life. All that matter is us. You, me and Autumn." Mas Lalo pang lumambot ang boses nito at bumaba ang hawak papunta sa kamay ko.

Natigilan nalang ako dahil sa sinabi nito. I felt like thousands of bullets pierced right through my heart, that I almost clutched my chest to soothe the pain.

"then why did you married that girl, Isaiah?" Tanong ko dito.

I know it's me who ran away but... I got really affected on his 'oh-so-called-wedding' with the Javier's princess.

"I won't lie, noon pumunta ako sa London umasa ako na Sana hindi mo na ituloy yung kasal niyo. You could've declined Isaiah! But you didn't! " 

"I never had a chance to brag you to the world. I've been always quiet about all of those dating news that you've been always involved." Pag papatuloy ko my hindi Ito umimik.

Huminga ako by malalim ng mag-blur ang paningin ko dahil sa mga nagbabadyang mga luha.

Sumasakit na ang lalamunan ko dahil sa pagpipigil ng iyak.

"All of the credits was given to Erin. Well, she's so lucky to be recognized as Isaiah Morris' wife instead of me." Natatawa kong sabi ko saka pinunasan ang mga luhang nakatakas sa mata ko.

"Summer" Isaiah mumbled my name.

"I did it to protect you." He whispered but I couldn't properly hear it.
