INGRID'S P.O.V

We all began to prepare for this picnic that Lucina had suggested. We were all in charge of specific things to bring. Robin and I were in charge finding things to entertain us with, Link, Zelda and Pit were in charge of the food and Marth and Samus with the drinks.

I was leaving my room when I found Lucina wondering about the halls, aimlessly. She almost seemed like she had forgotten that we were going on this outing. It was her idea after all.

"Lucina! Aren't you getting ready?"

"Ready? Ready for what exactly?"

Ok, now I am very confused.

"You know, the... picnic?"

"A picnic? Why didn't anyone tell me? I'll grab some things!" And with that, she ran back to her room 3 doors down.

What in the non-earth world was that all about?

I had my suspicions rising. The way Lucina acted made me all discombobulated.

She couldn't have already forgotten, could've she?

I continued walking downstairs to the kitchen, where I expected to see Link and the others. I obviously still didn't know my way around the entire mansion, so Robin was able to find more things than me obviously.

Once everyone finished their jobs, we all met up in the kitchen. Lucina was the last one to meet us there.

"Sorry guys! I'm here now!"

Marth chuckled a little. "Don't tell me you forgot, did you?"

"Well... I guess I did?"

We all gave her a funny look, and she gave us one back. Once we all decided to ignore Lucina's odd behaviour, we started walking. Apparently we were going to some cliff edge that had 2 cliffs on either side. Lucina had also chosen our location.

We began walking away from the mansion, and I recognised where we were going. Soon we came to an area where there was a small circle of no trees. There were 2 other paths to choose from, whilst we came out from the middle. I almost instantly recognised where we were.

Oooh no.... Not here again.

We stood in the middle for a second. I kept my mouth shut tight, since I did not want to risk our lives by my life-threatening skills in path taking. But during that time, I found a cool staff-looking stick! I decided to take it on the walk with me. When I first picked it up, it felt ice cold. But then, it almost instantly warmed up, and I felt the warmth run from me through the stick. It felt strange, and I wanted to wash my hands afterwards.

"So, where are we going?" Asked Lucina.

Okay, this is getting weirder and weirder.

"Lucina, you said we were going to the cliffs, remember?"

"Oh, did I really? Let's go then!"

We took the left path. So maybe the left path isn't always as bad as they seem. Once we came out, the scenery looked rather peaceful and serene. Not a monster in sight. We walked towards a patch of grass that sat in the middle of this canyon-looking place.

We sat down, and enjoyed our picnic. We sat in a big circle, sharing conversations and food as they were passed around the group. Most of the conversations were getting to know me kind of topics. Robin asked most of the questions, and a lot of them revolved around the garden in the mansion, or my childhood.

"Tell us about your life when you were little. Like say... maybe when you were 5 and before that?" was one of Robin's questions. Everyone kind of looked at Robin, but in a sad sort of way.
