Robin sadly stared at me, his eyes never leaving the gaze he held. They looked like they were searching, searching through me to find something. I could almost feel it. He soon was eventually brought back to reality, and wiped away his tears. He didn't say anything, but began walking in the direction we came from, by himself. Soon after, the rest of us followed.
Note to self: Never take the left path again.
We travelled back in silence, and everyone seemed to walk in front of me. I hung at the back of the group, since I thought it best after what I had just caused. I was in a shameful state of mind until I felt a soft hand on my shoulder. It was Link.
He looked like he was saying sorry through his eyes. I could tell we were all upset, it was obvious. Link himself looked hurt. As did I, I assume. I walked a little closer to Link, and rested my head on his right shoulder as our long walk to the mansion continued. This was one of those times where it's nice to have a shoulder to lean on. He accepted it willingly.
After what seemed like hours of walking, we reach the mansion. Some went into the lounge room, and others went to their rooms. I decided to head on over to the training gym, walking past all the smashers that caught sight of our gloomy faces. No one breathed a word.
I held my staff tightly as I entered the fully white room. I locked the door so no one else could see me, although there was a spectator's window at the top of a wall. I was taught how to use the control panel and how to add in CPU's for me to fight. The CPU's were Primids surprisingly, which were relatively weak. I adjusted them to a higher level. I needed to vent my anger on someone.
They stood still when I first created them. I just wanted to hit them hard and where I assumed it would hurt. 1 Primid stood in the middle of the entire room, and I approached it. I held my staff directly in front of me, and then I swung down hard, the tip of it hitting the ground.
As soon as the staff made contact onto the floor, a crack full of light travelled at a rapid speed. When it eventually reach the Primid, it split open, and the Primid fell in. The room auto-repaired itself, so it looked as though no damage was done.
I added in 2 new CPU's. I started with my staff on the floor and swung it up directly above me. A gust of wind hoisted me up into the air, shooting me off the ground at a rapid pace. I was flying.
For a few moments I actually felt happy to do the impossible. It was everything I had dreamed it would be like; an enchanting experience that would leave you breathless. However, my arms and legs were flying elsewhere. It's a lot harder to control yourself when your flying.
I eventually figured out that I am meant use my staff to control which direction the wind blew me in, and I was soaring everywhere. Once I was getting "air-sick", I lowered myself onto the ground and took a breather.
I was already getting sick of randomly swinging my stick around. Instead, I went up to a Primid and bitch-slapped it with my staff. It went flying, and I mean it. I noticed that I had also made wind blow them in the direction I hit them, causing them to fly into the wall and disintegrate on defeat.
After I took a rather long break, I felt all this anger build up inside of me, and I wanted to release it all. I figured if I put 4 CPU's on level 9 whilst attacking me, that would be good.
Each time they pushed me to the ground, it only fuelled the burning rage inside. But even when they did attack me in any way, it didn't actually hurt. I paused the CPU's and went to the control panel. I saw there was a "pain absorber", which controlled how much the pain you feel, was actually absorbed. I kept it on the highest level, which was 10. Didn't feel any pain at all.
