Echo was driving to the Rush. It was the big day that Tyler would be racing, and she needed to be there. Lina had asked that Echo arrive earlier as Lina wanted Echo to accompany her to greet the other racers. She parked her Camaro, disguised as her normal Camaro, next to Lina's McLaren P1. Echo stepped out in a black lacy shirt, red plaid shirt, black jeans, and black heeled boots. Her hair was pulled into a high ponytail. Lina looked at her and nodded her head.

As the two women made their way through the crowd, Lina began to move towards Tyler, who was playing with a poker chip.

"Looks like you made it to the starting line after all," Lina sneered

Echo walked up behind Lina, giving an apologetic look towards Tyler

"Echo?" Tyler said

Echo just glared and avoided his eyes, "Yeah,"

"What's going on? I thought you were with Jess,"

"You stole my car, Tyler. I'm here to take you down," Echo glared, finally looking at him

"We needed to. The tech in it was too powerful, even for the House to handle,"

"And did you put it in Mac's car? Or maybe yours,"

"Enough," Lina said, interrupting the two

"And I'm here to take you down," Tyler stated

"Oh Tyler. Every driver here is out to crush you. Every cop in the city is after your blood.  You're just another loser standing in my way. And you're about to run out of luck,"

"See, that's where you're wrong. It was never about luck,"

"Racers, it's about to go down!" The Curator said over the radios

"See you in last place, Tyler," Lina said, before walking away, leaving Tyler and Echo alone

Echo dropped her shoulders, finally relaxing

"You got this?" Echo asked

"I got this, I promise," Tyler said

"You sure?"

"Echo, have faith. Jake isn't going to get you, I promise. I'll win the Outlaw's Rush,"

"You better. Remember, heavy House interference and—"

"Cop interference. Got it,"

"Hey," Echo said as Tyler moved to get into his Skyline that he brought with him

"Echo, I—"

"Be safe out there, promise?"

Tyler smiled at her, "Promise. You'll be at the finish line?"

"Damn right I will,"

"Good. Mac's got his Bel Air waiting for me for the off-road leg,"

"Sounds good. I'll try to keep my cover for as long as I can,"

Tyler nodded and got inside his car. Echo turned around and climbed into her Camaro. She drove out to the airfield and set up camp to watch the race. Echo tuned into the radio. She listened in silence as the Curator commented on Tyler's position in the Rush. She put her hands on the steering wheel and gripped it tightly when the Curator said that the House had interfered and Tyler had dropped a few positions, still in the top half, but he was no longer first. He was third. Tyler made it to the end of the leg in second. As she waited for the racers to approach the airfield, she heard Tyler tell the crew about the cops. She watched in horror as the cops tried to wreck Tyler's car. She raced down from her perch, sideswiping two of the cops from Tyler's tail, making Tyler exclaim over the coms
