Two cars raced through the desert, dust flying behind them. The black Camaro was slightly behind the red Skyline. The two raced, launching their cars off of ramps and drifting around corners. The Camaro pulled ahead of the Skyline using nitro and won the race the two were doing. The Camaro drift over the finish line, waiting for the Skyline to do the same. When the red Skyline crossed the line, the two drivers climbed out of their respective cars.

"That was a good race, Ty," the woman said
"You're just saying that, so you don't have to pay for our next date gas Echo," the man said
"Shut up,"
"You know I'm right,"
"Tyler," Echo laughed
Two engines revving caught the couple's attention. They looked and saw that a blue BMW M3 was racing towards them with a blue and yellow off-roading Bel-Aire behind it
"Looks like Jess and Mac are right on time," Tyler said
An orange beetle launched itself off a ramp, going over the group and landed, turned around and beat the two other cars racing each other to where Tyler and Echo were. The three of them stopped their cars and parked beside Tyler and Echo's cars
"Right on time, as always," Echo chuckled as the three drivers climbed out of their cars
"Jess! You cheated!" Mac said
"Cheated? You sure you just don't suck?" Jess shot back
"And arguing as usual," Tyler laughed, walking over to Echo and wrapping his arm around her waist
"Something's never change," Rav said, walking over to Tyler and Echo
"Something's do change. For the better," Tyler said, feeling Echo take his hand and play with his wedding ring
"Agreed," Rav and Echo said
Tyler kissed the top of Echo's head and watched as their two friends playfully bickered with one another. And Tyler was right. Something's do change, most times for the better. And they made that change, they did their way. They got their payback.
