Chapter 4

Miyeon collected her luggages from the airport and headed out. Jieun was waiting for her outside the airport with her car.

"Mimi" the elder called out as the younger came in sight.

Jieun helped Miyeon put her luggages at the back of the car, then they drove back to her house.

As the elder one parked the car in front of their house, a wave of emotion rushed through Miyeon. She started at the building.

Jieun put her hand on the girl's shoulder snapping her out of her thoughts.

Yumin engulfed Miyeon in a hug as soon as the girl came inside.

"Unnie I can't breathe."

"Ah sorry Mimi. We missed you."

"Mimi go to your room and get changed alright." Jieun said.

Miyeon walked up to her room. The room was untouched but there was not a bit of dust anywhere.

The maids had brought her luggages up to her room. She pulled out a comfortable wear and went for a bath.

After bath Miyeon came down to find Yumin and Jieun sitting in the living room.

"Hey Miyeon we are going to go out for lunch today alright." Yumin said as the girl came and sat down beside her.

"Yumin unnie where is Surin unnie?"

"Ah Surin had some work so she went out." Miyeon was not quiet impressed with the answer but let it go.

"Mimi you are going to join our university right?" Jieun asked.

"Yeah"

"You know you should apply already. They have started taking applications." Yumin said

"Can anyone of you get me the forms."

"Sure"

"Yu unnie aren't you supposed to Graduate this year."

"Yeah, our graduation ceremony is done. I have graduated."

After talking about the university for sometime more, Miyeon got up to get ready. They were going to go out for lunch. Miyeon wore a light blue t-shirt with pink three quarter pants.

As the youngest waited for the elders to finish her eyes fell on a certain door. She quietly opened the door. The room was clean, the sunlight was coming inside from the sides of the curtains. The blankets were neatly folded and kept on the untouched bed.

Her eyes wandered off to the study table. It had an empty flower vase and a photo frame on each side of the vase. The first one had a picture of the five girls together.

Mieun and Yumin were the eldest in the group they were born in 1997. They were followed by Jieun, 1998. Surin and Miyeon were the youngest, born in 1999 and 2000 respectively.

The second photo frame had a picture of the two sisters with their cousin brother. Miyeon was standing in the middle of the two elders. The three had an innocent smile plastered on their faces.

"Miyeo-" Yumin came inside the room seeing the girl standing with the photo frame.

The younger quickly place it back and quickly wiped the tears that she didn't know had came out.

The elder girl came to her and wrapped her arms around her.

"We all miss her Miyeon. She is in a better place."

She nodded burying her head in Yumin as the elder strocked her hair.
