Chapter 24

"Hello dear" the man came inside the dark room.

"What do you want? Let me go." Surin groaned.

"Not so early, your gang will come any moment. Don't you want me to greet them?"

"Shut up!!"

The man brought out a knife. He moved it over Surin's smooth skin.

"You know dear, how much I want to kill you right, but I can't. I need to wait for your dear members to come special that girl. What was her name again? Xin right!" He chuckled darkly.

"Xin is long dead, what are you talking about?"

"Nope, you all don't know where I have my messengers at. We know everything. You, that girl, NCT you all will die."

"Boss" Surin heard a voice which sounded familiar to her.

The man left the bloodied girl and walked towards the boy standing at the door step.

"What is it Yeonjun?" He asked once they were outside the room.

"Your ride is here sir."

"Good"

"Work according to the plan."

"Okay Yumin and Jieun move ahead" Taeyong ordered in the ear piece.

Before the girls entered the building, as planned Jeno, Jaemin and Sungchan got into action and killed the guards outside. After the two entered, on the boys' signal, rest of Dream with Miyeon and Shotaro followed inside.

Taehyun and Soobin were already waiting for the girls to arrive. It was all a part of the plan.

Yumin and Jieun got startled seeing the two outside. They quickly grabbed their weapons.

"How great to meet you two!!" Taehyun said.

"Yeah" Yumin had her dagger ready.

"Leave Surin and we won't attack." Jieun said.

"Okay!!" Soobin shrugged.

Soobin unlocked the door.

"She is all yours." Taehyun said.

Both Yumin and Jieun furrowed their eyebrows.

"So easily?" Yumin raised a brow.

The two boys shrugged and left.

"I think there is a trap." Taeyong said in the ear piece.

"I agree, there weren't any guards on the way too." Yumin said.

"Hurry up and get her out." Taeyong ordered.

The two entered the dark room. They ran to Surin as soon as their eyes adjusted. Using her dagger Yumin cut the ropes and freed her.

Jieun caught her before she fell down, Surin had cuts all over. Soon the others followed in.

"Unnie take her outside fast." Miyeon said.

The two nodded. All of them turned back and started walking towards the gate.

"Something is really odd." Yuta spoke.

"There must be a trap, they won't let us take that easily." Xiaojun said.

"Xiaojun, you guide them. I'll try to find out other clues."

The younger nodded and looked back at the huge screen displaying the members.

Back in the building they were heading towards the exit. Yumin and Mark were ahead of the others with Surin. She was still unconscious.

Was they neared the exit Miyeon was stopped by a dagger flying towards her. She quickly dodged it. The others quickly pulled their weapons out.

"Take Surin out fast." Miyeon said. "We will take care, Unnie go."

Mark quickly took Surin and ran to the exit. But a few guard appeared out of nowhere. Jaehyun and Doyoung, who just outside the building fired at the guards.

"Mark fast bring her to the car" Kun said in ear piece.

Keeping Surin in the car with Kun and Ten, Mark went back to help the others.

The deserted building had suddenly turned into a battlefield. A lot of guards had came out of nowhere.

Mark cameback to help the others along with the rest of 127 and WayV. The fight was tense.

127 and WayV were fighting outside the building whereas the younger ones were inside with the girls.

They continued shooting at the guards who endlessly appeared.

Yuta and Xiaojun back in the base were trying their best to find that their plan was.

"Shit" they heard through the ear piece as Yuta groaned.

"Get out of their as soon as possible, they have set up a bomb. It will blast in a minute." He said.

"Yuta hyung there are two many guards here." Donghyuck complained.

"Heachan focus!" Mark said.

Renjun was busy shooting the guards as he didn't notice another one from behind was ready to shot him. Miyeon turned around to see the seen and pushed him away.

The boy stumbled and gave the girl a glare before realizing what happened.

"Pay attention Renjun" she said and shot the man.

"Oh" He said.

"Fast just a few seconds left." Xiaojun half yelled as anxiety was killing him.

"Move out of their." Taeyong ordered.

They ran outside the building but one of the guards being half alive tried shooting Miyeon. The bullet went through her right hand.

Miyeon bit her lips to suppress a scream. A whimper left her lips. Renjun being nearest to her, turned to see her in pain.

He quickly shot the man and helped her out.

"Ten seconds more before it exploded fast." Yuta said. The hackers were going crazy. The tension the room was high.

Jeno and Shotaro helped a limping Jaemin to get inside the car.
