I went out of the hotel to take an evening stroll. I walked through the streets, listening to music while keeping a lookout for Killua, Gon and possibly Leorio. During the last week, I didn't even catch a glimpse of them, not even when I went to the Market earlier today, which was September first, the day we were supposed to meet. Of course, I wasn't specifically looking for them, but one would think that I'd at least glimpse them.

I heard cheering from somewhere nearby, so I, like an idiot, took a shortcut and went through an alley to get there faster. What I didn't expect, however, was so run into members of the Phantom Troupe in that alley, so it definitely caught me off guard.

As I passed them, I froze in my place before looking back. Shizuku, Feitan and Franklin. My heart fell to my stomach and I immediately activated Ten to protect myself from their intimidating auras.

I must've stood there a bit too long, because Feitan spoke up, "Do you need something, kid?"

His voice was cold and devoid of any emotion whatsoever, so much so that he actually scared me more than Illumi.

I shook my head quickly and gulped the lump in my throat, coming up with a believable lie. "No, I, uh, just have a feeling that you guys are strong enough to defeat my friend over there, so I was just wondering why you don't try."

I could feel a drop of sweat on the back of my neck under their stares until I finally came over my initial surprise. "We are not interested," Franklin decided to answer before Shizuku cut him off.

"Actually, I'm gonna try. I like that jewel," She put a finger to her chin in thought. I nodded and quickly walked away, letting out an inaudible sigh of relief.

I watched as Gon used his full strength to defeat her before shaking my head and walking over to the trio.

I put the required amount of money on the table and took a seat in front of Gon, making him look up at me and a wide smile to take over his face.

"Katerina!"

"Hey, stranger." I smirked, "Think you can defeat me?"

He put his right hand on the wooden table, accepting my challenge. I put my hand in his and Leorio let us start. I must admit that he had gotten stronger than last month. I pretended to have trouble defeating him before letting him win; after all, he still needs to challenge other people and get some money.

I smiled at him then stood up next to Killua, "It's good to see you again, Zoldyck"

"You, too, Pierce."

We were now in the boys' apartment and for the past thirty minutes, they've been catching me up to what they were up to, clearly forgetting that I know everything, until I sighed loudly, sending Gon and Killua a pointed look.

"...And you already knew all that but let us ramble on for half an hour. Damn you," Killua finally realized and I laughed at their expressions.

"Back up a second! Did you say she already knew all that?" Leorio exclaimed and we nodded. "How?"

I glanced at the other two before taking a deep breath. I started talking, explaining everything to Leorio while he listened with his mouth hanging open in disbelief.

"So let me get this straight, You're from an alternate universe, where your life basically sucked, and we were all just a bunch of fictional characters in a show or a book or whatever. You know the future and your Nen was very powerful ever since you appeared on the ship, without any training? Oh and you're about sixteen, not twelve."
