Chapter 22

"You two said you wanted to go into Greed Island. If that's the case, you should spend the next week training your Nen and Hatsu then attend the screening with Gon and Killua." I looked at Mitsuba and Blaise, who were standing in front of me. "Oh, and Blaise? Please control your fangirl urges, we don't need to expose ourselves to everyone."

"Fine," She huffed, pouting. "You're entering from the Troupe's console, right?"

"Yep, I want to collect some magic cards, and when you enter the game, I'll be waiting near the entrance. Another thing, I'm pretty sure the Spiders would want to see you, so be ready."

"Yeah, yeah. Just go on already, I wanna master my abilities. Mitsu, you started working on your ability, right?" When the blonde nodded, my twin continued, "I have a great theory that I can't wait to test out!" Blaise whispered something in Mitsuba's ear, making her eyes widen.

"Didn't know you were that smart. That never crossed my mind!"

I looked between them confusedly, "What is it?"

"SE~CRE~T!" They both giggled while I glared playfully.

"Well, then, see you two next week!" I kissed their cheeks jumped high, creating my wings, but not before I saw both of their faces turn a bright shade of red in embarrassment. I laughed, flying off with my backpack on my bag.

~Time Skip~

I walked into the old church and towards the main room. The Spiders that were present perked up when they sensed someone's presence but relaxed when they realized it was just me.

"So was it her?" Machi was the first to speak.

"Yeah. You guys don't mind if I enter Greed Island from here, do you?"

"Hmm, go ahead. Phinks and Feitan are already in." Shizuku answered, finger on her chin as she held a book in her hand.

"Thank you. Blaise and a friend of ours will enter the game in about a week from another console. You guys should also enter the game sometime soon, because this is where you could find a Nen Exorcist for dad. The exorcist still isn't in the game, though." I smiled at them, putting a flower beside Paku's grave before going to the game console. 

"Good luck!" Shalnark called after me. I waved over my shoulder and sat in front of the device, which was practically oozing Nen

I already told Gon and Killua that I'd meet them in the game and gave them a hint about Mitsuba and Blaise, so I shouldn't worry about them. I put on a ring and inserted a memory card then activated my Ren. For a moment, I was weightless, then my feet hit solid floor again. 

I was now standing in front of a computerized, black and white door in a white room. The door opened and I stepped through. I floating panel was in the middle of the room, and a white haired girl sat there, wearing a helmet. 

"Welcome to Greed Island. I will explain how the game works, but first, what name would you like to use?"

"Katerina's fine," I smiled at her.

"Alright. The rules are as follows: Anyone who is wearing a ring has two spells available to them; they are called 'Book' and 'Gain'..." She proceeded with explaining the rules. I did know them, but it'd been a while since I came into this world, meaning that I haven't exactly watched the anime, so I wanted to be sure about what I'm doing. When she was done explaining the rules she smiled and said, "Good luck on your journey. Please walk down the stairs,"

"Thanks a lot!" I walked down and out into the open field, squinting under the sun. I could instantly feel eyes on me, making me uneasy. "First things first, I need to get to Masadora and get some spell cards," I mumbled.
