"You like this movie, right?" I handed the CD to my mother.

"Yes! I used to watch it when I was your age." She exclaimed and turned over the case. "Did you hear about Mrs.Rose's daughter?"

I shook my head, concerned.

"She is finally getting married at 27. I thought she was going to live alone forever, considering how-" she lowered her voice. "-masculine she is."

"Amber is waiting for me. I should go." I nearly ran out of the room knowing that I was going get a lesson on how to be a woman as soon as the gossip story was over.

"What do I do?" I asked Amber as I entered the room and closed the door.

"I can't believe that happened and you forgot to tell me!" Amber was laughing.

"Come on! Get serious!" I said as I started changing.

"Woah! You confirmed you're gay so changing in front me counts as flirting." She put her hands over her eyes.

"Fine." I held down my smile and walked into the bathroom with a change of clothes. "So what do I do? I don't want her to have a bad experience hanging over her head on her birthday."

"What if you go to her with a gift during her practice time and apologise?" She suggested.

"Isn't that too late in the day? Her practice is only at four o'clock in the evening." I argued.

"Then go to her house after church tomorrow and give her a gift and apologise." Amber responded.

I walked out in a black tee shirt and dark grey sweats. "That's not a bad idea."

"It's a great idea." Amber said proudly. "Get her some flowers, maybe?"

"Isn't that going to backfire? Considering I am trying not to lead her on." I protested.

"Uhm ... what does she like? What will you get her?" Amber asked.

"I am not sure. I don't know much about her. We only became close during the camp this year." My mind runs a montage of flashbacks of us playing about in the moonlight.

"She really likes her hair! She is always playing with it in all your memories. Get her some cute hair clips." Amber snapped her fingers.

"Were you in my head again?" I bit my tongue.

"No. I just remember from that night when you got back from camp. You were thinking about her for a long time." She smirked. "You really like her hair too."

"I do." I shook my head. "Agh! Anyway, the clips are a good idea." I sat down next to her after grabbing my extra wallet from my study table's drawer. "Okay, I think I have enough to buy her a few good ones."

"You really care about her for someone who doesn't love her." She said.

"I just don't want to make her feel bad." I said.

"Do you have someone else you like?" She poked me.

I cleared my throat and licked my lips while shaking my head vigorously.

"You're definitely lying." She poked me again.

"And you're too tired to find who it is so ha!" I teased her while I stuffed the money back into my wallet.

"Well, I can find out after dinner, so ha you!" She teased me.

"Then I guess I'll be visiting Luna sooner than I planned to." I quickly jumped onto my feet.

"Why are you so scared? I know all your secrets. What's a small crush?" She looked suspicious of me.

"I just don't want you to know." My face was getting hotter by the second.

"Wait, is it Krystal?" She enquired while I grabbed my hoodie and pulled it over my head.

I stayed silent. I didn't want to give her any clues. Cause I knew deep inside that it wasn't going to go down well.

"Is it Sulli?" She was determined to find out who this mysterious (to her) woman was.

"Wait, Miss Song? It's her, isn't it?" Amber jumped onto her feet.

I nearly choked on my saliva. "What? No. I mean, she is beautiful but no, she is our teacher. Also she was my brother's tutor." My body halted.

"I finally got you to react so it was worth it." She had a mischievous look on her innocent features as she redirected the conversation away from the topic.

"Now. I am going. I'll tell my parents that the project I was working on with Luna got destroyed and so we are going to fix what we can, maybe I'll even stay over night because a certain someone is trying to invade my privacy." I declared as I walked out the door, the words I said still hanging over my head.

"Wait! Nooooooo. Tell me!" Amber pouted.

"A little ignorance will do you good after such a long time." I joked before walking downstairs. She followed me as I started talking to my parents.

"Okay, just be back before church tomorrow." My father said after hearing me out.

"Yeah. Don't worry, I'll be back before that." I nodded.

"Take the keys and your phone with you." Mother advised me. I showed them the two things and then returned them to my pocket.

When I turned to leave, Amber stopped me and asked, "Why don't you go after dinner?" The malicious look was back, hidden from my parents.

"It's okay. I am not hungry." I smiled and ruffled her hair before stepping out the door. "Send the videos we took to Sulli and ask her if they turned out good." And with those words, I left her.

Hugs and kisses from Cheonsa.
