Bree;

The following morning, I had got woken up from Declan jumping around on the bed while Rowan was crawling all over me and Michael had Nash in his arms. Michael prepared a big breakfast for us all being back home together and it was so delicious, he made scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffles and had orange juice.

Later that day we decided to do a family day, brought the kids to the park and out for ice cream, then we went clothes shopping and then did some grocery shopping. We ended up having Indian tacos for dinner and did a movie marathon of cartoons with the kids before we got them ready for bed. That night Michael and I laid next to each other while we watched movies on our own and we fell asleep happily until something happened with Declan.

*That Night*

I had woken up to use the washroom when I heard constant coughing and wheezing mixed with crying. I went into Declan and Row's room and I saw Declan sitting up in bed while holding his chest, wheezing, gasping and coughing like he was trying to catch his breathe.

"Baby, what's wrong?" I ask worriedly, he shook his head repeatedly as he continued to wheeze, gasp and cough. "Michael! Michael, please!"

"What? What's wrong? Oh my god, Declan!" Michael ran over to us as we tried to figure out what's wrong, "Baby, call the ambulance. This isn't normal, we need to get him to the hospital."

I ran to our room and quickly called for an ambulance, telling them what was going on from what I saw and they said they'll be here soon. I went back into the room and brought Declan into my lap, trying to get some air into his lungs. Michael grabbed him and brought him to the window and he opened it up, Declan's breathing was getting shallower by the second and I am in fear of what's going to happen.

*Hospital*

We have been here all night, worried, anxious and Michael hasn't stopped pacing since we first got here. We had no choice but to bring Rowan and Nash with us considering it was 2 in the morning when everything went downhill. I had called Ricky to inform him about what happened, he told me to stay strong and to keep him updated so I've been doing that.

"Declan Johnny?" A doctor came out with a clipboard in hand and Michael and I stand up with the kids in our arms. "Come with me, please."

We followed him down the corridor until we came to a room with a window that looked directly into Declan's room, tears instantly filled my eyes as I gripped a little more onto Rowan as I looked at my boy.

"Alright, he's okay for the most part. We have found out directly from all the tests we did that he has asthma but that isn't all." He informs us, looking through the papers.

"What else does he have?" Michael's voice low, I was scared for my son because he's been through a lot already.

"We have listened to his chest and we fear that he has a lower respiratory infection, such as pneumonia. It doesn't sound that bad but we want to do a chest X-ray and a CT scan to see if he's needing to be hospitalized or not." My heart drops and I felt dizzy, I sat down while Michael continued to talk with the doctor.
