Michael;

It's been a rough few days since Bree left to go support Ricky - I missed my doctors appointment because I couldn't get a sitter, Nash caught a bug so he hasn't been sleeping much and has been a tiny bit of a handful, Rowan and Declan have school and it's hard to keep up with all of this. How Bree does this all herself -I have no idea but I praise her for doing all she does when I'm busy.

I'm about to put Nash down for a nap but before I do so, I give him his medicine. Poor little dude, his nose is stuffy, he has a bad cough and he gets sick a few times throughout the day. I took him to the walk-in clinic and they gave antibiotics and said he should be fine in a few days; he's also teething badly so that's a bonus on top of the sickness.

Just as I'm about to go put him down for his nap, the doorbell rings, I groan lowly and head to the door. I hold Nash in one arm, lightly bouncing him and unlock the door and open it up - it was Ashton and Miles.

"Hey man, what's up?" I step aside and he comes in.

Ashton;

I have been freaking out for the last couple of days and I couldn't take it anymore, I had to tell someone. So I went to Michael - not because I couldn't trust the others, no. It was because Michael gets me and understands me the most.

Earlier this week I had gotten some court papers from Sam, she wants to file for full custody over Miles and take my name out and replace it with hers. I took the time to call my lawyer and he said she wouldn't win on her own but later that day he got a call from Harry's lawyer and apparently he's working Sam's case - that guy never loses any of his cases.

"I cant lose Miles, Mikey." I say, my bottom lip trembling as I just finished explaining everything to Michael.

"Well in my opinion, she couldn't win the custody battle even if she wanted to. She's an unfit parent, especially as a mother, and look where she is right now. She's been couch surfing since you guys broke up. Nothing against Harry but that's the last place I heard she was staying." Michael explains and I give him squinty eyes.

Nothing against Harry? Really, does he not remember what kind of hell she put me through? Not that I would go back in time and change everything because I wouldn't. I'm happy the way life is going for Miles and I.

"Plus doesn't she have massive depression and anxiety? Not to mention that overdose and self harm incident - okay look, point is that everything I have just said proves that she won't be stable enough to take care of Miles. Ash, don't sweat this. You'll win this case with Torres."

Sam;

So last week I met up with Harry's lawyer and asked a lot about fighting for custody, removing Ashton's name and replacing it with mine. He said it would be a long process but definitely worth waiting on and fighting for.

We sent out the court papers Tuesday and it is now Friday, Ashton hasn't gotten back to us but his lawyer, Torres, did. They're putting up a fight with us.

"Love, I'm going to the shops. You want anything?" Harry pops his head in the door where I'm leaning my back against the headboard of the bed.

"Mmm, maybe just a large berry smoothie and a blueberry muffin please." I respond and he nods, coming over and kissing the top of my head.

"I'll be back shortly." He leans down and gives me a kiss and leaves.

Okay, I guess I should catch you guys up with my life since Ashton and I split. When Ashton kicked me out of Michael's house months ago, I got Harry to pick me up and I explained everything. Of course, at the time, we were just friends and he was just supporting me with a place to stay and a shoulder to cry on. But the longer I stayed with him the feelings I had for him grew more each day and I guess the feelings were mutual. It's been a good six or seven months since then, I'm guessing.
