Soon the doctors came outside "Dont worry she is out of danger now but we have kept her under observation for next few hours" doctor informed them. They sighed in relief & asked if they can meet her. "Yes but not now after few hour" doctor said

Next day Doctor reading her medical history, read the patient's name & got confused "Ranveer, Rudra why it is written Gauri Omkara Singh Oberoi / Rihana Roy in the patient's name" he asked & Roy brothers realized that they neve corrected Rihana's medical history file, its from that time when Gauri was pregnant & after her arrival in London.

 "Actually doctor its bit complicated, we got our sister back after many years, that time when she was missing an orphanage took care of her they named her Gauri & when we got her back, she changed her name to her original one which is on her birth certificate" Rudra explained the situation to him. Doctor nodded his head & continues to study her file. At the end he said "I suggest you to talk to her psychiatrist again" he closed her file & looked at them "I didnt get you doctor, why need to consult him she recovered completely" Ranveer said in a worried tone "Ranveer as you said how she got shot, she must have got a shock again & its not good for her current psychological status. According to her reports I assume that she was in a path of complete recovery but not recovered fully." he said with a worried face.Ranveer & Rudra understood & nodded positively

Rihana opened her eyes & saw her entire family beside her. She smiled at them "Guys" she was cut by Jai "Shut up dont....why you did that my child if something have happened to you then" he scolded her with tears in his eyes, she smiled & replied "Dad if something have happened to me then what would have done without you huh......Dad Mom ,Rishu & kids are fine rt" she asked while searching for them. "We are fine aunt/Ri" Risi & kids came running to her. Rishi hugged her & started to cry.It was the first after that incident he have spoken something.They were happy to get theri children back at normal. Rihana smiled at him & patted his head "Am fine Rishu dont cry " he realized herself from her hug

It took few days for Rihana recovered, she excused herself from all the emotional drama.'She never like her family crying so she warned them to utter anything about the incident. One day she was sitting in her hospital room with her whole family including Kapoors, Singhanias & Malhotras. Suddenly Oberois came with some flowers & sweets. She smiled at them. Omkara was smiling at her, he came & hugged her. All were shocked to see this, she pushed him in anger & yelled "What the hell" even the Oberois were confused to see this & Mannat was angry seeing him hugging her.

"Gauri" he whispered while looking at her, all others except Oberois were shocked but composed themselves. "Ohh God not again Mr.Omkara Singh Oberoi am not Gauri..am Rihana Roy so please stop" she was cut by Omkara "Dont lie to me I know you are Gauri " he said while holding her hands. She again pushed & said "You" she was again cut by him "I have proof.......You are AB+ right even Gauri was AB+, one day I came to you room secretly & saw the same Tattoo which was on Gauri's hand"  he said while he was greeted by a punch on his face. It was Ranveer "How dare you to sneek into my sister's room" .Omkara pushed him & said "Before your sister she is my wife Gauri Omkara Singh Oberoi. And now you cannot lie because I have heard you both brother talking to Doctor about her medical history" he yelled at him & showed everyone Rihana's medical history's first page where  patient's name is written.

The Oberois was shocked, rest of them were worried but Rihana had different options. "Gauri child why did you hid this" Jhanvi Oberoi asked. This made Anika to burst out "So that your so-called son can destroy her life again .Yes we hid this what you will do huh" she yelled at them.They were shocked to see Anika's this side. Shivaay then asked "It means you knew this before" "Yes" she replied "Then y didnt you tell me Anika you knew what I have went.." he was cut by Anika "If I would have told you that Rihana is Gauri, you would have gone to her & convinced her in every sought of manner to be with your Bloody cheater brother .And you are saying about your sufferings huh...please we all know who have suffered here" Anika glared at her husband angrily. Shivaay was silent because he know she was telling the truth.

"But Anika I love Gauri" Omkara was cut my an angry Rihana "Enough" she roared. All get startled by her voice. Her family was panicking after watching her behavior since morning now after her outburst they are hell worried for her Mayra whispered to Veer "Veer its not the real Rihana look at her fingers & she is angry" they saw her pinky finger of both hands were bended. Roy brothers were going to stop her when Mayra & Maya "No its good for her in this phase she will face it without breaking now Rihana needs this " Mayra said while Maya also agreed.

Rihana marched towards Omkara "You bastard.....how dare you you to say that from your filty mouth, If you have loved then you wouldn't have cheated her" she punched him. He stood & wiped the blood coming from his nose which was bleeding till now "Gauri please come back I really love you...(sobbing)... I cant leave without you please forgive me" Om pleaded while Rihana kicked him & holded his hair in aggression "She will never forgive you because you killed her you killed Gauri by your betrayal Mr.Omkara Singh Oberoi.......You killed Gauri along with her baby......Rihana Roy will never forgive because you are a murderer" she kicked him again.The Oberois tried to stop her but Roys brothers & Sid-Nirvan blocked their way.

 Suddenly she caught Mannat's hands & slapped her "You s**t, even you are her murdered" she slapped her again, Mannat fell & her head hit near a table but Rihana didnt stop she kicked her stomach "HOW COULD YOU BETRAY YOUR SISTER WHO LOVED YOU LIKE ANYTHING" Rihana kicked her again. Listening to sister all others except Oberois turned to Rihana shockingly "What Sister" Maya asked in confusion.Now Rihana took a vase which was near a table & was going to hit Omkara & Mannat with vase but Ranveer & Jai caught her in right time. "Leave me" she shouted, Ranveer slapped her & she fell unconscious. Ranveer carried her & laid her on bed. The Oberois took Omkara & Mannat to get them treated & left Rihana's room.

"We should call Dr.Knowles & tell the situation" Maya said. Mayra nodded & called him. Mayra informed "We have to go to London for her treatment, we cant take more risk now" Mayra  said in a worried tone." Rudra book the tickets for all of us excpet Mom & Dad" Ranveer ordered "Veer" Jai was cut by Veer "Dad Mom Mrigesh Uncle & everyone needs you here & we will take Rihana to London dont worry" he assured, Jai-Antara nodded. "Whats happening, why are we going to London & what treatment.....And moreover why Ri behaved like this I know she is aggressive but she never rasied her hands on anyone" Anika asked her family who was literally confused with the recent happenings. Ranveer made her sit & said "Ani...your right .. we are going to London for Rihana's treatment...Psychiatrist treatment" "What do you mean" she asked "Ani....Rihana is suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder or Multiple Personality Disorder"
