The body lying on the ground groaned, rubbing a certain part on their metallic back. The creature let out a quick hiss, when their finger brushed a painful spot on their lower back.
„For pits sake..." it hissed.
The being untangled it's limbs from the branch that has crashed down with it and stood up straight.
She looked around. Forest. Wet Forest. The female sent her watch a glance. 5:48.
Emilia felt the urge to cry. Understandable it was her w e e k. Well, it should have been, but nothing ever came.
Nevermind.
What was far more important right now was the fact that she awoke in a strange place again... for 9 times in a row. It was always this forest, every night. Good that she was prepared to come here, wearing her daily clothes and not her PJs.
Something was calling her here, but was it good?
Who knows!
Flashback begin
„Are you sure it's okay? This is the 8th time this happened." the seekers holoform asked the ravenette, swatching her wax her newly retrieved motorcross. Her body was fully consumed by the metallic plague, but somehow her hair took longer to change.
„Exactly. 8 times. Next time I wake up in that damn forest, I'm gonna find out why." she said.
Flashback end
And that's what she did.
After cursing a few more seconds, the hybrid began exploring the place.
It took Lia about fifteen minutes to find what she was looking for.
A crash site... or that's what it used to be.
The trail made by the spacecraft was covered by plants and fresh new grass, however the trees surrounding the crashsite were still broken and lying around the place.
The spacecraft itself was covered in dirt and vines. Whatever was in there probably didn't make it.
Emilia stepped closer, climbing up the small ship to a half covered window and peeked inside.
A panther.
She shrieked in surprise and fell back down. Cursing for another full twenty second.
She rubbed her back and climbed back up. With all her courage gathered, she looked back inside.
He still stared at the window like before. Lia raised an eyebrow and tapped the glass.
No reaction. Dead. Her first thought.
Lia huffed. There had to be a reason why she was keep sleep-porting herself here, in this forest, to this crashed ship.
She used her elbow to smash in the window. Foul air reached her nose. Whenever it crashed it was years ago, maybe even decades.
