A/n – I'm extremely sorry about the late update. I've been struggling with some personal issues for the past few weeks. Thankfully I'm back now. And I will try to update sooner in the future.

I know you are waiting for something to happen between Tae and Tee. But please let me warn you that this story is a slow burn and it will take a few more chapters. And I assure you, when that happened it will be smoking hot!

I know our beloved couple TaeTee are doing separate projects and rarely seen together. Fans are getting discouraged day by day. Let's not give up hope and wait for the day we can see a TaeTee drama in the future.

Thank you for reading, voting, and commenting.

Thank you. Love you. Enjoy.

The Destiny drifted into the shallow waters of the bay

The Destiny drifted into the shallow waters of the bay. The wide expanse of the sea swallowed the last remnant of the sun while the crescent moon rose from the opposite direction.

Sprawled on the luxurious cabin bed, I listened to the water lapping against the hull. The subtle rocking of the yacht is lulling me asleep. But I'm not supposed to sleep yet. P'Tae asked me to get some rest and wash up if I want, in the yacht's large spacious bedroom, before dinner. It's barely seven in the evening yet the exhausting day is already catching up to me.

My phone rang, rousing me from my snoozing state.

"Hello...."

I answered lazily, without checking the number.

"Nong Tee!"

My eyes fluttered open, hearing P'Kim's cheerful voice.

"Oh, hello P'Kim," I slowly sat up and scooted back to lean against the headboard. "How are you?" Through the large square window, I can see the distant city lights illuminating one by one, hinting the world of the beginning of Bangkok's nightlife.

P'Kim, P'Paris, and Bas usually call every other day to catch up with me.

"Everything is fine here. What's up with you?"

"I'm fine," I paused. "I'm great, actually!" I said with excitement. It's silly of me but I wanted to show off.

"Oh, do tell, Khun Tee!"

I snorted at P'Kim's mock use of the honorific. He is dad's consigliere's son but before that, he's my best friend. He'd never been formal with me. It's all for fun.

"Guess where I'm having dinner tonight!" I smiled with self-satisfaction. It's shallow of me but that's how P'Kim and I are.

"Err.... I don't know....At Le Normandie?"

"Nope!"

"Mezzaluna, Savelberg... I don't know many places in Bangkok. What's your point, Tee? You could be having a boring dinner at Kreepolrerk residence for all I know."
