-Time Skip- The week goes by and Nini's been avoiding seeing Ej as much as possible. It's Friday
Ej: *I come to your locker after school* why don't we grab some dinner tonight?
Nini: I don't know, I have homework-
Ej: you've been avoiding me all week babe, what's going on?
Nini: Nothing
Ej: then lets grab dinner
Nini: But I have something I need to study for
Ej: Is this about Richard saying I was being too forceful?
Nini: No I just have school things
Ej: it's the weekend though
Nini: All the more reason to keep up with my work
Ej: come on babe, just an hour dinner
Nini: *sighs* Fine
Ej: great, let's go! *I take us to a restaurant and we sit down to order* how was your week?
Nini: Okay
Ej: any idea when you can cheer again?
Nini: Dr.Bowen said to wait a few more weeks
Ej: I miss my favorite cheerleader *frowns*
Nini: Mhm *I take a sip of my water*
Ej: you're so beautiful
Nini: Thanks *I pull out my phone and answer some snaps*
Ej: *I put my hand on your phone* I actually wanted to talk to you about something
Nini: *I set it down* Okay, what?
Ej: it was wrong of me to force you to kiss me when you didn't want to. I truly do feel awful about it and it's embarrassing that my step brother had to show me that
Nini: So now you apologize?
Ej: I'm sorry Nini
Nini: That still doesn't make up for the fact that you refused to listen to me and that it took you so long to actually apologize
Ej: I just really really like you and I wanted to give you the affection you deserve but I should have waited for permission
Nini: And I understand that, but if this relationship is gonna work, you have to remember that you don't have control. We are a team and you have to listen to what I say
Ej: I promise I'll listen to you now. I just need to fix this. I miss you.
Nini: I miss you too
Ej: then let's just stop missing each other and pick up where we left off. Not, me forcing anything on you but before that. Let's go back to my house and we can watch a movie or something.
Nini: I'll go back to your place, as long as we get to make cookies with Elliot
Ej: sounds perfect
Nini: *smiles*
*we finish up a nice dinner and head to Ej's*
Ej: *I open your car door* Elliot's going to be really excited to see you. He's talked about you all week
Nini: Well that's good because I miss him too
Ej: *we walk inside* Elliot! Elliot, Nini's here!
Elliot: *runs downstairs* Nini! *I hug you*
Nini: Hi Elliot! I missed you
Elliot: why weren't you here all week?
Nini: I was just busy
Elliot: well what are we going to do today?
Nini: I was thinking we try cookies again?
Elliot: yay!! *runs into the kitchen*
Ej: I need to know where he gets that energy from *laughs*
Nini: Me too *laughs*
Ej: *we walk into the kitchen and start getting the ingredients out* Hey Elliot, is Richard here?
Elliot: Mhm, he's in his room doing homework
Ej: I hope he stays up there this time
Nini: *Oh god, he's here*
Elliot: What do you mean this time?
Ej: we don't need a concussion round 2 *laughs*
Elliot: Oh! *laughs* We wouldn't want Nini to get hurt again
Ej: me neither
Nini: So how about we start those cookies?!
Elliot: what do we need 1st?!
Nini: Measure out all the ingredients
*we start putting all the ingredients together and putting the dough on the cookie sheet*
Elliot: how long do we have to wait to eat them?
Nini: Well they cook for 16 minutes and then they have to cool for about ten, so about half an hour
Elliot: that's a long time!
Ej: it's okay buddy we can put in a show or something
Elliot: Ooo I'll go turn something on!
*runs out of the kitchen*
Ej: I love watching you with him. It's so sweet
Nini: He's a great kid, he allows feels like my younger brother too *laughs*
Ej: *I push your hair behind your ear and smile*
Nini: *I see Ricky walk downstairs and I freeze*
Ej: you okay? *I look behind me* *sighs* Please just leave us alone
Ricky: I literally didn't do anything
Ej: Yeah well last time you came in here, you gave Nini a god damn concussion
Ricky: *I roll my eyes and walk into the kitchen* you guys making cookies again? It smells good
Nini: Yep, we made some cookies with Elliot. Because last time.... I ended up in the hospital *laughs*
Ricky: my bad *laughs*
Nini: It's all good, I'm feeling better now
Ricky: *I grab myself a glass of water*
Ej: do you mind?
Ricky: I'm getting water.
Nini: Babe, just let him be. He's not bothering us or anything
Ricky: listen to your girlfriend
Ej: Can you please just head back upstairs?
Ricky: what's the big deal man?
Ej: The big deal is that you can't seem to keep yourself out of our relationship!
Nini: Ej-
Ricky: I came down here to get water. You're the one making it a big deal
Ej: Mhm sure, just water
Ricky: please explain what it is you think else I'd do
Ej: I think you want my girlfriend
Nini: *My eyes open wide*
Ricky: what makes you say that?
Ej: You always bother us when she's over, you were all up in our business on Monday, and I can't help but think that when she was here, you didn't leave her alone
Ricky: even if I was, it's your fault you weren't here for her
Ej: No it wasn't-
Elliot: *walks back in* What's taking you guys so- Oh, hi Richie
Ricky: hi?
Elliot: I put on a movie like 5 minutes ago, you guys are gonna miss it if you don't hurry up!
Ej: we'll be there in a second buddy
Ricky: *I step out of the way and gesture you two to the living room*
Ej: *Rolls eyes* Come on Nini
Nini: Just a second, I'm gonna get us some drinks
Ej: Kay *Elliot and I walk out*
Ricky: *I go up to Nini* and I'm the jerk
Nini: I'm really sorry about how he's acting
Ricky: you don't need to apologize to me
Nini: It's just, he was so sweet when we went out. He apologized and looked like he honestly felt really bad. But I just don't get why he has to be such an ass sometimes
Ricky: *laughs* he honestly felt bad?
Nini: He seemed like he did
Ricky: Anyway, it looks to me like you've got a movie to watch
Nini: Yeah, I guess you're right
Ricky: if you ever need to go to the bathroom or something, I'll be upstairs *smirks a little then walks back upstairs*
Nini: *Oh my god, what am I getting myself into* *I walk into the other room with the drinks and sit next to Ej*
Ej: hey baby *I put my arm around you*
Nini: Hey, what are we watching?
Ej: Elliot picked Cars
Nini: Oooh fun *I lean in closer to you* So how was your day?
Ej: better now that we're good again
Nini: *I smile and kiss your cheek* I feel the same
Ej: I you missed
Nini: Mmm I don't think I did
Ej: *frowns*
Nini: Fine *I laugh and give you a quick kiss*
Ej: *smiles* thank you
Nini: No problem
Elliot: Ewww stop kissing
Ej: whyyyy
Elliot: Because it's gross
Ej: it's not gross
Elliot: I don't like it, no more kissing while I'm in the room
