-Time Skip- It's the following Wednesday and cheer and football practice is just getting out.
Carlos: Nini wait!
Nini: *I turn around* I've been waiting for like 10 minutes, hurry it up *laughs*
Carlos: you have to update me on all things Ej! As your literal best friend, I am quite offended I haven't heard one thing about your little date last Saturday.
Nini: It was good. His family is nice and the movie was good. Except his step brother was slightly drunk and kinda being a jerk
Carlos: Step brother? I didn't know he had a step brother
Nini: I didn't either, but he's in Ejs grade and goes to some fancy private arts school.
Carlos: well damn
Nini: I know, but the guy is a total asshole
Carlos: well if he goes to another school you probably won't see him very often
Nini. Hopefully
Carlos: *I see Ej walk toward us* I'm super happy you're with Ej officially now and all but don't forget to schedule some time with me *laughs*
Nini: Oh please, you'll always be number one, Los. I'll see you tomorrow for our trip to the nail salon
Carlos: Can't wait! I love you boo!
Nini: *I walk over to you* Hey baby
Ej: hey cutie, you ready to get outta here?
Nini: Definitely, it's been a long day
Ej: you'll have to tell em all about it *we get in the car and drive home* You're right, Mrs. Valdez is the worst
Nini: How did you last all of junior year with her?
Ej: I honestly couldn't tell you
Nini: *I get out and wait for you by the door*
Ej: *I come open it and let you inside*
Elliot: Ej, you're home! *I run up and hug you* Oh, Hi Nini!
Ej: Hey buddy, how was your day?
Elliot: Really really good! I got to be the line leader today
Ej: that's awesome!
Elliot: How was your day?
Ej: it was good *I look at Nini and mouth "I'm sorry" then laugh a little*
Nini: *laughs a little* Hey Elliot?
Elliot: uh huh?
Nini: Do you wanna make some cookies with us?
Ej: *I give you an "are you sure?" look*
Elliot: I would love to!
Nini: Well then come on! Let's go get started
Ricky: *I run through the door on the phone with Kourtney* I'm almost done! I swear! Isn't it due at midnight?! *I run right into Nini*
Nini: *I drop the flour that was in my hands and I rub my forehead* Ow
Elliot: It looks like snow!
Ricky: *I grab my phone* Kourt? Damnit!
Elliot: Hey! We can't say those words in the house, Dad gets mad
Ricky: *I ignore you*
Ej: Richard! What the hell!?
Ricky: oh shut up, she's fine *I look at Nini* right?
Nini: I don't know... I feel kinda kinda dizzy *My legs start to collapse a little*
Ej: *I run up to you and hold onto you* hey, I'm so sorry
Ricky: *I start to walk away*
Elliot: Richie, you should apologize to Nini
Ricky: RICKY! Why can't either of you just call me my name?
Elliot: I-I'm sorry *I look down* I'm gonna go get Nini an ice pack *I walk away*
Ej: Don't yell at him, you have no right
Ricky: there you go again, treating me like a child. Look, I know everyone loves you and you always get what you want but that doesn't put you higher then me. *I look at Nini* I'm sorry for running into you
Nini: It's okay, it's just a little headache
Ricky: well, I'm sure Ej will get you anything you need. *I walk away*
Ej: he's an idiot... I am so sorry. Maybe we'll do this at your house next time *laughs*
Nini: It's okay, I just feel really dizzy and my head hurts. Can we go sit down?
Ej: yeah yeah, of course *we walk over to the couch in the living room*
Elliot: *I come back with an ice pack* Here you go!
Nini: Thanks buddy, I really appreciate it *I lay down and put it on my forehead*
Ej: do you need anything else?
Nini: Maybe like some advil or something?
Ej: okay, I'll be right back *I leave*
Elliot: Richie is scary but he's nice sometimes I guess. He takes me to school sometimes
Nini: Well that's nice of him. It was all just an accident anyways, I'm not upset or anything
Elliot: so how was your day?
Nini: Pretty good, I had practice to today so my legs are a little sore, but otherwise it was a good day
Ricky: *I start playing my guitar upstairs to record as part of the project*
Nini: Gosh, that's really loud
Elliot: yeah but there's no point in me asking him to turn it down cause he wouldn't listen
Nini: You don't have to go ask him, I will *I stand up and stumble a little before standing straight up* Be right back *I walk upstairs and knock on your door*
Ricky: No, Elliot!
Nini: Um it's not Elliot
Ricky: *I open the door* oh, hi?
Nini: Do you think you can turn down the speaker a little bit? It's really making my head feel worse
Ricky: sure, I guess *I start to close the door*
Nini: Uh Richard or Ricky or whatever your name is
Ricky: Ricky
Nini: I- *I start to fall*
Ricky: *I open my door and run out to catch you* are you sure you're okay?
Nini: I don't think so, maybe I have a concushion... concushion.... why can't I say it?
Ricky: oh god *I pick you up bridal style and carry you downstairs* EJ! Ej, come here!
Ej: *I walk over to the stairs* Oh my gosh, what did you do to her?!
Ricky: if you're asking if I hit her... I didn't. But I think she has a concussion
Nini: Yeah, A concushion
Ej: God damnit. Okay, take her out to my car and I'll be out in a second. We need to take her to the hospital
Ricky: *I walk outside still holding Nini and set her in the backseat of the car lying down*
Nini: Where are we going?
Ricky: the hospital. My dads a neurologist so he can test you for symptoms
Nini: Okay
Ej: *walks outside* You're coming with, right?
Ricky: I have to get back to my project-
Ej: You think I'm just walk up to your dad and be like "Oh, I'm the son of your ex wife's new husband, help my girlfriend"
Ricky: *rolls eyes* fine... get in *I sit in the front passenger side*
Ej: *I get in and start driving* What happened, why was she upstairs?
Ricky: I don't know she was just telling me to turn my music down and she just started to fall
Nini: Ej, the car is spinning
Ej: just close your eyes Neens
Ricky: don't fall asleep though
Ej: But she needs to sleep
Ricky: no, not for a few hours. If she has a concussion it's best she stays awake
Ej: Whatever, Nini stay awake
Nini: Mkay... but my head hurts
Ricky: that's normal, just stay as still as you can
Nini: Got it *I sit still and stare straight at the ceiling* Ej, your air vents are spinning, you should really get those looked at
Ricky: *laughs a little*
Ej: Thanks for the tip babe, I'll look into it. How far away are we, Ricky?
Ricky: like 10 minutes
Ej: *We get there* Shit, I have to take Elliot to karate. Ricky, can you take her in? I'll be back to pick you guys up
Ricky: I really have to get home-
Ej: My dad will kill me if I miss taking him again, and you're the one that ran into her in the first place
Ricky: *I roll my eyes and get out of the car and help Nini up*
Ej: I'll be back as soon as I can. Nini, Ricky will take care of you, okay?
Nini: Mkay, bye Ej
