Consequences

The clock ticked a quarter to 2 as it hung on the wall. The sunlight from the window poured in illuminating the room. Brochures sat on the teachers desk "So you can't make any friends" printed on one of them and "Magic for dummies" on another in brightly colored paper. A potted plant sat silently on the corner of the desk as paper kites hovered above them, slowly through a soft breeze connected by strings, the clock continued to tick. 

The cake twins augured, as usual. P.B rocked back and forth nervously sweating. Lil'Cheese distracted by one of the kites. Skyla having a panic attack since she had never gotten in trouble before. Magnolia aggressively brushed her mane desperately trying to get it back into place. Melody sitting quietly, trying to stay calm. Luster biting her hooves nervously terrified if she got into trouble. And Panacea had shrunk herself and hid deep inside the cushion of the chair. She knew all this was her fault and couldn't help but hide. Flurry just sat there in the center of the couch awkwardly.

"Well at least we get to skip the history exam!" She blurted out positively.

Suddenly the door burst open. Starlight Glimmer walking in.

"I can't believe this." She muttered to herself trotting towards her desk. "Not only is the EEA not funding for repairs, but now I can't find my registration forms and I still need to pay off the education bills which isn't going to be easy with all these new repairs needed. And WHERE is my coffee!?" She exclaimed sitting down in her chair. She took a moment to clear her throat.

"Ahem, excuse me I'm just a bit frustrated right now." She said adjusting her button with her magic. "Now let's begin-"

"This is all Skyla's fault!" Pumpkin exclaimed.

Skyla gasped. "My fault? How does this have anything to do with me!?"

"If you didn't push Panny over the edge none of this would have happened!" Pumpkin shouted back.

"Well if you listened to my plan we wouldn't be here right now!" Pound cake yelled. "This would have been done and over with hours ago if we just went and did something just like I suggested."

"And how would that make the slightest difference?" Magnolia asked.

"I don't know but at least it's something, your the one who lost Lil'Cheese!"

"For the last time I didn't lose her! She wandered off when my back was turned, besides babysitting ain't my job. She's P.B's sister! Where was he hm?"

"Hiding cause he's a coward." Pound cake said with his hooves crossed.

"I'm not a coward!" P.B responded. "I'm just sensitive! I tried to do the right thing, tried to help."

"Fat load of help you were, you weren't even there for her! You said you would, but you didn't. Because your a coward!"

"Hey take it easy on him." Melody said. "We all react differently in tough situations."

"Really? Like making plans that don't go anywhere?" Pumpkin asked sarcastically. "As long as we stick together everything will be just fine."

"Well what did you want? To run blindly into danger?" Melody asked. "At least I was willing to be patient-"

"If we had waited any longer we would have been crushed!" Pound cake exclaimed. "Thank goodness Flurry and the other one got to us in time."

"The other one?" Skyla asked. "THE OTHER ONE!? Are you serious? I have a name you know!"

"Is it miss down?" Luster asked. "Cause you really let us down, joining a bunch of bullies like that. Honestly, some princess you are."
