- Readers almost always think that anything in the book will make the character OP

Thought; ZOMG SHES GOING TO LEARN IT IN 1 MINUTE OP ALERT STOP READING!!!

"OH LORD HERE WE GO SHES GOING TO LEARN 2 JUTSU AT ONCE THIS STORY IS LAME UGH! WHY IS SHE SO FUCKING OP HER JUGS CAN DO HAND SEALS?!"
- The OC is always drawing information about a situation in a completely unrealistic way.
"I stared down at Kakashi's forehead protector as he ate. It was resting in the table, clearly reflecting his chin and face. HIS FACE! I've seen it! Oh god, it's beautiful! Time to start dying!"
Konoha's intel corps must be slacking.
- The OC gets an invitation to the Akatsuki when only Pein and Tobi recruit.
"Hidan walked up to me and asked if I wanted to join the Akatsuki."
I walked up to the counter and asked if you wrote this bullshit.
- The OC is almost always easily encouraged by things that honestly happen every day.
"You're doing better than yesterday, Miranda."
"Oh my god, Sensei, you are literally my life, like god, your so hot, please marry me, I'm so hyper now. WATER STYLE: RASENSHIRUKEN!! Oh my GAWD, I mastered a Jutsu."
- The OC has some sort of cat ears or tail that has no relevance to the plot at all.
Cringeworthy Neko inserts...
- The OC does almost exactly what the main character does, except 30 times faster.
"I mastered the Rasengan! Yeah!" Naruto says as he high-fives Miranda.
"Cool!" She replies. "But I already mastered it, and applied nature transformations, and saved all the tailed beast, and killed the Akatsuki, and made Sasuke leave twice, and brought him home twice, and mastered sage mode, and united the villages, and started a ninja war, and stopped a ninja war, and got you a date with Hinata, and had your babies for you. Their nicknames are Hima and Bolt.
"... What the fu-"
- The OC somehow has mounds of chakra within them, but they get easily tired after fighting for 10 seconds.
"I just threw a punch at Itachi! And it landed! WOO! God I'm winded. Must be out of chakra. Time for some ninja steroids!"
- The author doesn't update for a year, but when they finally post a chapter, it turns out to be an authors note.

Status update: Just tripped down the stairs while tangled in hot copper wire attached to an active toaster heading to a bathtub filled with water and sulfuric acid infested with radioactive sharks. Luckily I survived. Reminds me of yesterday ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
- The OC's original jutsus are very cliche and repetitive.
