Payson a 22 year old waitress who's trying to make an earning to pay bills, an apartment, to keep her car running and to pay for groceries. She had to drop out of college because she couldn't afford it, but didn't want to move back with her dad know...
"I'm wearing this?" I say looking at the long dress. "Yes you'll look amazing" Alice said. "Yes you have to wear it tonight" Tina added in. I sigh and nod my head. "Great now hair and makeup" Tina moves to grab the things. "It's only 1:30 Tina" "I know and if we don't start we won't finish" I looked at both of them like there crazy. How long does it take to get ready for an award show? I just go with it and have them both do there thing.
Damon's tour ended and now we're back in L.A. getting ready for Damon's award show. Which means I walk the red carpet, which means I'm more exposed and more popular.
Tina's doing my nails which is fake nails with nail polish of black with floral design. And the same for my toes but not fake nails for them. Alice is curling my hair.
"How was Damon's tour Payson?" Tina asked. "It was good, I loved going different places and Disney world was amazing I've never been there until Damon and Carter" "You've never been outside of the states?" Alice asked. "A few times for family but not a lot,no" "Wow well I'm glad you got to experience it" "Yeah me to"
I let the girls do what they do best. I email Damon another chapter of my book and edit. I've been emailing Damon a chapter every day. I edit a chapter before and then the next day I email it to Damon, then I edit another and the next day email him another. He says there good but I don't really know, like I'm proud of my work and I want to publish but I don't know if it's enough.
But Damon wants me to put it out. But I'm just nervous.
"Payson, now it's makeup so your going to have to get off your phone" I look up and turn off my phone. Alice and Tina do my makeup. I got pink eyeshadow and winged eyeliner. I got fake lashes which I never used before. I got pink lipstick not the gross pink just the very light pink.
Then I was done. I looked at myself and wow this is the most fancy I've been. My hair wasn't just curled but it was pulled back a bit with a headpiece but a simple beautiful head piece.
"Now go get dressed" Tina said. I got up and went to the big bathroom. I saw this beautiful dress, I've never wore something so beautiful.
I put it on and got out of the bathroom. "Girl you look great" Alice said. "Beautiful" Tina said. She handed me heels and I put them on. I got up and looked at myself in a full length mirror.
