𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘯𝘪𝘤

Today was the picnic. With my bestfriends and the twins.

"Good Morning" I said stretching. "I'm excited for today" I said walking towards my dresser.

"Me too" Ginny said. "At least I can forget about my problems for one afternoon" She said walking towards her dresser which was beside mine. Liv was still asleep.

"Wake up Liv!" I said. "It's almost time for the picnic"

I wore a white t-shirt and shorts. Liv was finally awake and getting ready. I put my hair in a high ponytail and waited for Ginny and Liv to get ready.

When I was younger, I'd sneak out with Fred and George to the kitchens. I was friends with all of the Kitchen elves. It was just a random memory that popped into my head.

But before we went through the secret passage, I went to the kitchen. I had written an owl to them last night asking if they could make some treats for the picnic.

"Hi Lucy!" I said spotting one of the house elves. "Hi Jade! It's been a while" She said leaning in for a hug.

"I got your letter and I made some fresh pumpkin juice, pineapple cake and some sandwiches" Lucy said grinning.

"Thank you  Lucy! I'll take these for now but I promise I will come clean the dishes tonight" I smiled, putting everything carefully in a picnic basket and walking towards the entrance to the secret passage that Liv and Ginny were going to meet me.

We walked through the passage and headed straight to the park. We saw Fred and George waiting patiently with 2 picnic sheets on the grass.

"Hey guys" Liv said raising her sunglasses to her head.

"Finally!" George said kissing liv. "I'm starving" He added.

"Me too" Fred said taking the picnic basket out of my hands. "Thanks" I said sitting down on one of the picnic sheets.

George pulled out something from his bag.

"What's that?" Liv asked.

"This my love is a boombox" George said.

"It's a muggle device. It plays music!" I said gleaming.

"Exactly" Fred said. "Put some music on already" He added.

Everyone grabbed food and ate.

"This sandwich is good" I said eating. "Like really really good"

"Yeah" Fred said. I could feel his eyes on me but I didn't look back.

I felt a warm hand on my back. "Hi, My love" I looked up, a smile appearing on my face.

"You made it," I smiled. "Come, sit" The brunette sat down beside me.

We continued eating when I felt a drop of water land on my arm. And then another and another.

"Do you feel that" I said. "it feels like it's drizzling" I added.

"Yeah me too" Ginny said. Right then it started pouring. We all ran into shade but Fred stayed.

"Come on! When do you ever get to play in the rain anymore!" Fred said pointing to us. Liv and George ran into the rain hand in hand.

Enzo and I ran in too. We danced, sang, and played in the rain. Me and my best friends had a new memory to cherish.

When it stopped raining, we ate our lunch in the shade and were soaking wet. We went running to our dorms as soon as we got back. A lot of people were staring at us but we didn't mind. Once we reached our dorm, I changed into one of Enzo's shirts that were super comfy but big and a pair of pajama shorts. Ginny wore her pajamas and Liv wore something similar to me.

There was a knock on the door. I walked over and opened the door to see Enzo with 2 bottles of beer.

"Hi um wanna?" He pointed his head towards the beer. "At the Astronomy tower" he said smiling.

"Sure" I said. "Liv, Ginny I'm going out. See you later" I said shutting the door and walking out with Enzo.

"So what's the occasion?" I said clutching his arm.

"Well, I just wanted to see my love again" He said stopping and kissing me on my fore head. "This way" He held my hand, leading me up the stairs to the astronomy tower.

The view was absolutely stunning. Enzo and I sat down and opened our beers.

He laid his head on my lap and I played with his hair. I sipped on my beer and just relaxed. Playing with Enzo's hair was an instant stress reliever.

"I love you Jade" Enzo said looking up to me.

"I love you too" I said. I leaned and kissed him.

He loves me.
