Aria's POV.
(A week after Aria had been kiddnapped)
My head pounded and my entire body was fatigued from the vigerous workout my brothers had forced me do. My clothes were drenched in sweat that seemed to coat my skin. It was effort to even get up the stone stairs to my room. Once I did, the bathroom was the first place I headed to.
The hot water cascaded down soaking my sweat drenched hair, relaxing my knotted up muscles, now toned and coated in dark black runes that burnt as my brothers had forced onto my skin. I wanted to go home, back to my mom.
I hadn't fed since leaving Morganville, not since Amelie made forced me to feed before bringing back Sammy, and with the amount of training and fighting I was being made to do, it was starting to take it's toll.
But I was holding out, knowing when it was safe for me to show my fangs, that had unfortunately starting forming after my first feed. The only relief was that my brothers father had not seen them, Drew and Callum and for some reason even though I tried to snap his neck after helping my kidnapping, Revan had been the only people to see me outside of training.
I stepped out of the shower and wrapped myself in a thick black towel. Wiping the mirror I sigh as I focus in on the bruises that are forming under my pale flesh. "Well, of cause they're gonna treat me the same as the rest..." Another sigh leaves my mouth.
Leaving the bathroom, a knock sounds at the door as I pulled a pair of sweats on and a sleeveless hoodie that my brothers got from my old dorm room when they raided it.
Revan peeks his head tentatively around the door. "Just seeing how you were, if you needed a healing rune or anything?"
I glare hard. "What I need, is to go home. I don't belong here, hell, I don't even belong in Morganville! I'm starving, Revan. Which means that I need to feed soon or I'll die from starvation." Franticness laces my voice as I suddenly realise that I'm dying.
"I was told you were the halfling that didn't need to feed, only that the Bishop girl did." He paused, "The Clave know about her now, how she's half Vampire and half Seer. They think she's dangerous."
I snort. "Sammy may be angry and volatile, but she thinks before she hits... sometimes. But one thing I am sure of, is that she never, ever get's caught, not if she doesn't want the credit... She's alot like me in that way." I shake my head. "I still have to feed too, not as much - but I do need blood or I get the same symptoms as her which eventually leads to weakness, then death."
Revan seems to think about this, his clear blue eyes growing cloudy, reminding me of Amelie. Eventually he shrugs but looks at me. "I guess I can have a look for something..."
I hold up my hand, stopping him. "Look Revan, I trusted you. You blantently disprespected what I thought was the beginning of a friendship - all because you were told what to by the clave." My eyes narrow at him.
His eyes light up with a anger. "I didn't have a choice!"
"Everyone has a choice in everything they do, all they have to do is say yes or no!" I shout, "You clearly said yes!"
He steps forward - his body not so far from mine. "I wanted to! As soon as I found out who you were, I wanted to!" His breathing comes out rapidly while his blood pumps harder and faster round his body. I take a step back, aware of the growing pain in my gums.
"What a load of shit!" I say, taking another step away. "You were one of the people I trusted, and you completely stabbed me in the back." Disgust fills me to the point I can hear it in my voice. "Just leave, get out."
