Lacey didn't take Kailee being a werewolf well, but she would be okay. Chris decided to explain to John what happened as Kailee decided she wanted to go for a refreshing run. Nick, unfortunately for him had to study for a test. Kaileee was glad that she didn't have the disadvantage of homework.
As she ran, Kailee suddenly heard someone screaming. She paused and shifted her direction, deciding to check it out. Eventually, a small house came into view. The window was broken, and there was a sign on the outside of the house. It said, 'Indiana Rocks!'
She was in Indiana? Kailee couldn't believe she had gotten so lost in her thoughts on the run.
She trotted up to the house and looked through the broken window cautiously. A woman was up against a wall while a man in black had a knife in his hand, rummaging through her stuff.
Kailee ran to the front door and shifted to human. She stomped into the house before shifting back into a wolf. She wouldn't have been able to fit in the door otherwise.
She sped into the living room and growled. The man turned to her, and his eyes went from anger to fear. He held up his hands and backed away from Kailee in surrender.
"You shouldn't rob people. It's not nice," she said. His eyes went to saucers, and the lady, around 80 or so, did, too.
Kailee leapt onto the man and bared her teeth in his face. She grabbed his shirt and threw him onto the lawn through the window.
The woman looked frightened of Kailee and in attempt to show her that she meant no harm, Kailee whimpered and bent down, crawling to her. The werewolf rolled onto her back and let her tongue roll out like a dog's.
Kailee watched carefully as the woman relaxed. She smiled and got off of the wall, slowly approaching Kailee. "I'm Mary. Who are you?"
"I'm Kailee," Kailee said, getting off of the floor warily.
"How can you talk?" Mary asked the female.
Kailee smiled and backed up. She shifted into her human form and chuckled as Mary gasped and pointed. "You're...a werewolf."
"Yep!" Kailee chuckled.
"And you're John's adopted daughter," she said.
Kailee froze. "How do you know?"
"Calm down. I'm Nick's grandma, John's mom." Mary smiled at her.
"What!?" Kailee screeched.
Who liked it? I did! Nick's grandma!? Hell no! KAILEE DONT APPROVE!
