Calum had started to hang out with Ashton,Michael and Luke again instead of investing all of his time in Charlie. Although, he was worried that she wouldn't be okay, Charlie convinced him to go. So they held an unofficial meet and greet at the not so busy Starbucks. I mean it was a Saturday night so what better place to talk about parties and one night stands that the trio had without Calum than at a not crowded Starbucks.

Luke wiped his hands on his apron and took a seat next to Michael. "Look who finally rejoined the human race." He folded his hands and plastered on an assholish smile. "Welcome back Cal. We  missed you." Calum scoffed at Luke's sketchiness. He knew that there was something about him since day one. He didn't want Charlie around Luke at all knowing the type of person that he is.

"You guys are acting like I ignored you." Calum rolled his eyes at their childishness but eyeballed Luke holding much intensity.

"You are practically up Charlie's ass all the time." Michael commented agreeing with Luke. "Give it a rest and remember that we're your friends." Michael looked at his phone screen before tapping away texting a variety of different girls.

"Don't get my wrong bro. I like Charlie. But you need to chill." Ashton patted Calum on the back comforting him.

"It's not like I'm planning her death. She's my girlfriend I'm allowed to hang out with her." Calum rolled his eyes again.

"You bailed on our monthly fuse ball and pizza party so you could visit her at work." Luke reminded him quite annoyed. "And it's not like you're screwing her so-"

"Wait you haven't slept with her yet?" Michael looked at him wide eyed. "Dude what the hell is wrong with you. You were a wild child."

"Well maybe I need to calm down. And Charlie, I don't want to hurt her like that. I love her." Calum confessed to his friends.

"Of course you do." Ashton rolled his eyes dreadfully slow. "Now what. You're planning to get married, settle down and then have kids grow old together." Ashton predicted their future together.

"She might just be the one."

"Are you John Green? No one ever finds the one. And you're 18. That's an inconvenient time to be in love." Michael scoffed while still texting.

"Look who's talking Mr. I can't even over If I Stay." Luke flicked Michael's hand. "But he's right Calum. You guys are young. Live a little before you plan on spending the rest of your life with her."

"Yeah I agree with Luke. Don't get me wrong. Charlie's a nice girl. But think of all the other girls willing to offer themselves to you. You have a plethora of chicks to choose from."

"I don't care about them. They don't matter. I want Charlie." Calum slammed his fists on the table. He was sick of his friends disrespecting woman. The last time Luke actually had a girlfriend that lasted more than a week was when they were Sophomores. "And I will take as much time as I want with Charlie. She's a virgin and I don't want-"

"You took many girls virginity before Calum. What gives now?" Michael rolled his eyes again butting in. "Oh my god it's happened." Michael slapped his cheeks in realization.

"It's happened." Ashton nodded. "Charlie's changed him. You've lost your edge."

"No I haven't." Calum denied the ridiculous notion that he's gone 'soft'.

"Then prove that you're still a man and sleep with her already. Unless you're scared." Luke shrugged challenging him. Calum knew exactly what he meant. "Do it or I will."

"I'm not scared. The only difference between my past experience with girls and Charlie is that she's special."

"Yeah of course she's special. Her mom puts her in the hospital almost twice a month and this one has already been brutal on her." Ashton picked his nails like it was nothing.

"Don't ever say something like that again. She's your friend Ashton."

"Yeah and you should have slept with her."

"But you won't." Michael added.

Calum rolled his eyes giving up with their taunts and answered his ringing phone. "Hullo?"

"Calum."

"Charlie." Calum started getting giddy inside at her voice. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing. I just miss you." She sighed sounding innocent. Too innocent. Calum tried overlooking it but there was no doubt in the back of his mind that Charlie was a little kinky.

"I saw you earlier."

"Yeah but I have a surprise for you." She also sounded perky. Innocence and perkiness never end in anything good.

"Where? Where are you?"

"In your bedroom." Charlie's voice trailed off.

"A surprise for me in my bedroom." Calum started putting the pieces together. "Holy shit."

"Mmm-hmm."

"I'll be home soon."

"Soon." Charlie hung up and Calum took a last gulp of water.

"See he's so attached. Now he'll probably go watch Breakfast at Tiffany's." Ashton scoffed as Calum stood.

"Later losers. I'm getting laid." Calum turned leaving their ridiculous insults behind him.

Calum was still a wild child.
