After passing the envelope he's holding, the director immediately told him to exit the room and I was left alone.

Well.. maybe because I'm a transferee so I need to know the schoolrules and some stuffs first. I also need to sign some papers to confirm my enrollment.

"Oi? You're still here?"

I am surprised upon seeing him waiting outside the office. I thought he already left.

"Uh.. I have some free time. Do you.. want me to tour you around? It's a big university, you should familiarize with it since you're new here" He offered.

I would love to tour here again but I have to buy some things. Haist!! What a waste.

"No need. My cousin already tour me around the other day, I think that's fine. I also have some errands to run" I answered.

He nodded, looks like he's thinking of something as he do that.

"Then.. let's exit the university together. I'll be going home too" he smiled and I nodded.

"Yeah sure" I smiled at him too.

We take the same path we took earlier, we're heading to the Engineering's Gate.

Wait.. isn't the Main Gate a great choice to exit since it's quite nearer?

"So.. why did you enroll just now? Good thing he accepted you" he asked, talking about the Director.

"Well.. I just got my requirements delivered yesterday. You know, I'm not originally from here. How about you? You enrolled late too"

"Right. There's a conflict between mine and my younger sister's schedule. I enrolled her first the other day, so I'm late"

"I'm glad you're late then. I have someone to help me" I laughed.

"Thank my sister's school then" he fired back.

That's our last talk while walking. We just walk in peace until we successfully exited the university.

"So.. let's ride the bus together? I'm afraid your badluck will continue" He teased.

"Nah!! I need to do something. I'm heading north" I stated as I should buy some supplies at the mall. He just nodded with that.

With just a few waitings, a bus heading north stopped in front of me.

"I'll be going now. Thank you again and take care!!" I waved a goodbye as I made my way inside the bus.

Before I can completely walk in, I heard his soft calls.

"Nine" he called that made me turn my head to his direction. His soft voice is melting me and I don't even know why!!

"Will I see you again?" He asked, his eyes are full of hope as I stare deeply into it. I smiled and nodded.

"See you soon!! Bye Chen" with that, I completely entered the bus, leaving him standing outside.. still staring into me.

My heart is beating fast.

"Stop right there dumb. You just got broke, do you want another?" I whispered, talking to my heart.
