I started my way towards my room, planning on laying in bed while everything set in. My biggest secret was just outed to not only my closest friends but Bokuto-san and his friends too. Everyone now knew I was an agent, and my brother was currently in prison because of his desire to figure out what happened to our family.
Needless to say, I was going to spend the night contemplating life.
"Hey!" Someone yelled from behind me. I growled slightly before spinning on my heel and facing Tsukishima. He got here a little before us, his position already in place as one of the servants of the household.
"I'm not in the mood," I said, attempting to turn around.
"I wanted to continue our conversation from before," Tsukishima started, stopping me in my tracks. I felt my blood boil again at the mention of him telling me I was doing my job wrong.
"As I said before, our Advisors refused to tell us what happened, but I'm guessing Bokuto-san had something to do with it," He sneered, humor and misplaced pride in his voice.
"You're wrong, Bokuto had nothing to do with it," I growled, taking a step closer.
"Then it must have been an accident, right? You waved your gun in his face and he connected the dots?"
"How dare you!" I gasped, closing the space between us. "You should have been informed that the estate was under attack today, is it too much to believe I outed myself trying to protect my charges?"
"Is that what really happened?" Tsukishima asked with a voice that he knew I was lying. I took a deep breath, knowing exactly what was going to happen next. I took 2 steps back and smirked, my sudden change of mood taking the younger agent by surprise.
"You want to see me waving my gun around? Fine," I said in a low voice. I removed my gun from its position against my waist and waved it in Tsukishima's face before promptly shooting him in the foot. He cried out in pain, the shot echoing through the hall, but the house was so big I doubted anyone heard. He doubled over, gripping his leg while blood poured out of the new hole in his foot.
"Next time you question my authority and ability to be an agent, I'll shoot you in the chest," I warned, then walked away. I finally made it to my room and grabbed my phone.
Owl: I shot Tsukishima
Aqua: Holy shit! Already!?
Owl: He accused me of revealing myself by waving my gun in Bokuto-san's face. So I waved my gun in his face and shot him through the top of his foot
Crow: It hasn't even been 2 hours yet! Did anyone bet for the same day?
Cat: I bet 5 days
Aqua: I bet 3 days
Crow: I bet within the week
Owl: Iwa was closest, and Daichi was too vague to count
Crow: Whatever, what happened after you shot him?
Owl: I fucking walked away.
Aqua: You left him bleeding in the hall?
Owl: Damn straight. If that doesn't show him to keep his fucking opinions to himself I don't know what will
Crow: Holy shit! We've all been shot by Akaashi, but I don't think any of us have seen him this mad! Tsukki's in for a real treat!
Owl: I told him if he questioned my ability to do my job again I would shoot him in the chest.
Aqua: We warned him not to get on your bad side. I even told him he was going to get shot! The fact that he fucked with you on the same day that everything went down was a shitty thing to do and he deserved it
Cat: I wonder if he'll write to the Administration...
Crow: they said they would ignore our messages involving partners, so I don't think it'll matter
Cat: True, but shooting each other might have an effect.
Aqua: Nah, it's the first day! They'll trust that Akaashi'll handle it, he is the top of the Commission. They'll pass it off as Akaashi greeting the lower-level agent into the job, a welcoming gift!
Cat: More like a hazing, but go off I guess...
Aqua: Same difference, the Administration wouldn't care one way or another. Just as long as the bullet wound doesn't affect his job
Cat: Does he know how to patch up the wound?
Owl: That was one of the first things we learned, first aid and emergency bandaging. If he can't figure this out he should go back to the Commission
Crow: Jesus! Akaashi's out here trying to get his teammate fired!
Owl: If he is unqualified and continues to make it a hobby to downgrade his superior agent, then I'll have no guilt in sending a message to Kiyoko-san and inform her of the immaturity of her agent
Crow: If he keeps going Kiyoko's going to bump him to an Advisor! Maybe he'll even be charged to the Training group!
Advisors handled the passing out of missions and enforcing order in the Commission, some are placed in the training squad where they help teach the new agents and test them before they can become official agents with missions.
Owl: And I'd decline.
Cat: Unless you had to continue working with Saltishima
Owl: Even if I had to continue working with him. My job is to protect Bokuto, and if I leave that job to Tsukishima then he'd be dead within the week
Aqua: So Bokuto's the reason you're not retiring?
Aqua: Interesting... ;)
Crow: Very interesting ;)
Cat: Very very interesting ;)
Owl: Shut the hell up. It's not like that. He's my charge and I will not give up on him.
Crow: Mhm, keep telling yourself that
Aqua: Loverboy has a little crush~~~
Cat: I'm expecting an announcement by the end of the month, and I BETTER be the flower girl!
Owl: I will WALK to Sejoh, Karasuno, and Nekoma and shoot each of you between the eyes if you don't shut up right now.
Crow: I think the Commission will have a problem with killing 3 of their best agents, even if you're rank one on the list
Owl: Kiyoko loves me, I'll convince her to drop the punishments
Cat: I hate the fact that you're right. Kiyoko acknowledged you as another emotionless agent with a messy past and claimed you as her own
Aqua: The only girl your gay ass will ever get
Owl: I can't even claim that my mother loved me
The chat was silent for a minute and I could feel small bubbles of nervousness rise from my gut.
Crow: Jesus, he told us his secret now we get to deal with his depressive jokes. How did we get another Kenma?
Cat: My respect for you just grew, Akaashi
Aqua: I don't even know what to say to that
I turned off my phone and laid my head down on the pillow. I stared up at the ceiling for a long time, letting my mind wander to anything and everything, although, I tried to keep myself from thinking about Tsukishima, knowing I would want to get back up and shoot him again.
I just want to say, I DON'T HATE TSUKKI!! I really like him, I just needed an asshole of a character with a lot of salt that I could put in the story. If you want a good Tsukki book then I wrote one about Tsukkiyama where Yams is trans if you want to check it out... :)
