Three month after JJ kissed Will
Emily's POV
Vodka. I want vodka. I thought as I rummaged through my drink cabinet. It was sadly empty. I just wanted to drink. Why was it so complicated."Hiiiii. Do you have vodka." "Emily? You okay?" I heard JJ on the other side of the line. "No. I have no alcohol in my apartment. Can you bring some?" I needed a drink. "Em, I'm coming over." Em? She never called me Em. I kinda liked it.
JJ's POV
I grabbed two bottles of vodka to bring to Emily's. She seemed weird since the case. Maybe it was something I said. Oh no. Did I make her uncomfortable when I flirted with Will. I probably should have told her we were dating. Oh well might as well have a fun night.Third person POV
Emily was sitting on her couch in grey sweatpants and a tight black tank top. What she didn't tell JJ was that she had already been drinking. A knock at the door caused her to get up to open it. JJ walked in and asked "how much have you had to drink." She giggled, kind of worried for her friend. "Only like thiiiiiiis much." Emily replied, moving her fingers to show about three inches. JJ laughed as she went to look in the trash to see at least three small bottles of flavored vodka. They sat on the couch, each with a bottle of vodka in hand. Both were drunk but, JJ was drinking slower than Emily, she wanted to make sure the brunette wasn't going to get hurt. "How are you and LaPlantain?" Emily managed to ask. JJ laughed at the poor attempt to say his name. "Pretty well. It's been about a couple months since we kissed and I dunno. Things are picking up." She put on a small smile. "We've been talking about him moving in." She continued. "Are you okay with that? I know you like privacy and spending time alone." The brunette asked. JJ sat there in awe. She didn't realize Emily knew that about her. She liked. But she hadn't thought about that. "I think I'll be fine. Will seems nice. Plus it's not like I'm going to leave my job or anything. Worse case scenario I just come clean and hope he doesn't hate me." JJ said with a worried look on her face. She looked over at the brunette to see her smiling back at her. "Jennifer Jareau, nobody could hate you." They both grinned.
JJ's POV
Jennifer Jareau. She never called me that. I was kind of cute. It took some stress off the night. I took another drink from the bottle in my hand as I looked back at Emily. Slowly we started to lean towards each other.Third person POV
The women's faces were almost touching. Emily looked at the blondes lips and back up. She knew they had kissed before but this time wasn't a dare. It was more natural. JJ noticed the eyes of the girl on the couch. They were deep brown. She looked into her eyes and couldn't help herself. With the vodka in her right hand she pulled the brunette into a kiss with her left. She wrapped her arm around her to the point where she could feel the brunettes warmth. Emily was taken by surprise. But she didn't pull away. She put her hands on the sides of JJ's head and pushed her on her back. They laid on the couch in a passionate kiss until a phone call broke them apart."Sorry." JJ said while Emily laid on top of her. "No. Don't apologize." The brunette said sitting up. "We're drunk." She said as she looked at the phone. It was Will.
William
Jareau, We should get married.Emily sat there shocked. She passed the phone to JJ. Her jaw dropped. Her face got pale. "I gotta pee." She rushed to the bathroom, locked the door and slid down to the floor. She put her head in her hands as she wiped her face with a towel. She looked at the towel and the foundation that was on it. Her hand reached on the counter to find a hand held mirror. Her eyes met her reflection as she looked at the tears swelling in her black eye.
