a/n thanks for 30 reads. It isn't a lot but I didn't think anyone would read this
Garcia was typing on her computer as an email popped up. JJ was hugging her legs as she looked at her friends face.
"You okay? It looks like you saw a ghost." She chuckled as the blonde didn't say anything. "Pen?" She moved her chair next to her reached for her hand.
"Get Hotch." She whispered. JJ started running to his office. She knew this wasn't good.
As the three of them sat in her bat cave Garcia tried to explain the best she could. "I have a hacker friend in Russia. He sent me an email with the name of an escaped convict, Ian Doyle. So I looked into him. Two of the agents that put him away were killed." Hotch looked confused. He asked her why she was saying this, it wasn't connected to them.
"Emily put him away too." She whispered without removing her eyes from the computer. JJ left the room and ran to find Emily.
"Hotch she's gone." She yelled from the bullpen. She looked around but couldn't see her. Remembering what they had last said she ran down the stairs, her team behind her.
"Emily? Emily!" She screamed, hoping for an answer. She saw her car and looked in it. She walked to the trunk and found the keys.
"Hotch." She tried yelling but it came out as more of a squeak. Derek ran to her calling for the rest of the team.
Penelope's POV
I'm gonna puke. Nobody told me anything about the garage. I printed out everything I could find about Doyle. The team walked in as I finished putting papers on a bulletin board.
"What do you got babygirl." I heard chocolate thunder saw from behind me. "Well. Doyle was a former IRA International terrorist. He is known as Valhalla. He caused many deaths. He recently escaped prison in North Korea. Emily was apart of the team that brought him in." I told them. I held up the last paper I had printed.
"This is everyone that went undercover against Doyle. You see this space." I pointed to a blank row on a spreadsheet. "It isn't supposed to be here. And no boy wonder." I cut Spencer off before he could ask. "It isn't formatting. This style of spreadsheet doesn't work like that."
"Look at the names." JJ piped up. "Liam Ryan, Lavender Ray, Lucille Renaldi. They all have initials L.R. Garcia can you pull a list of everyone that was there when Doyle got arrested?"
"I'll try my beautiful blonde bestie. I'm sure Doyle covered his tracks."
Third person POV
As everyone was talking Reid sat on his desk thinking. He thought of everything Emily had said."Lauren's Reynolds is dead." He mumbled. "Reid?" Morgan asked.
"Lauren Reynolds is dead. Emily said that outside the office. But she didn't have guilt or remorse in her voice. It was almost like she was reminding herself. Guys if Emily is the last name then Doyle probably took her." He said.
"What's going to happen to her Hotch?" Penelope asked tears wavering.
"I don't know Garcia. I don't know."
MEANWHILE
Emily felt terror. She was just helping JJ and now she didn't know if she would see her again.Doyle had tied her a chair.
"Hello Lauren. Oh wait. It's Emily isn't it?" She heard behind her. As soon as she heard the thick accent she lifted her head.
"Ian." She said thinking of a way to get out of this.
"You know what you did. What you did to me. To the one thing I loved. Now I'm going to take away the things you love. Should we start with little Spencer or Derek. Or do we go with Penelope in her cave. Maybe Aaron or David. Oh no. We can start with Jennifer. You two have been getting close. I know things with Will got bad."
Her eyes started to water. She knew Doyle was capable of. And what he thought she had done. The tears in her eyes fell, she didn't know where JJ was but Will had called. Doyle could have been behind it all.
"This is our fight Ian, not hers. Don't hurt her. Please." She begged.
"I won't. For now." He came and stood in front of her. "How about we cause everyone some pain."
She held her head up to see he had set up a camera. She knew what this meant. She knew Garcia would be watching with everyone behind her.
Garcia. Her heart hurt. She was so innocent and pure. She wouldn't be the same.
"Boss." Garcia called him over as she started crying.
On her screen was Emily. No visible blood or bruises. That was soon going to change.
"Hello BAU." Ian smiled into the camera. "This is Lauren. Or as you may know her Emily. And I think she's missing something." He said as he wheeled a cart next to her.
"Still have two tattoos?" "Yeah. And that's enough ink for me thanks." Garcia let out a chuckle. At least Emily was still a smartass.
"Oh no. In Korea there is no ink. In Korea it's just branding."
He walked over and unbuttoned her shirt. She looked up as the color drained from her face. He pulled open her shirt so he could see her chest.
"The more you struggle." He put the branding pen right above her bra. "The more it's going to hurt."
Her scream filled the room as he started to draw. She tried to cover some screams, she didn't want the people watching from the other side of the camera to hurt.
"I can't trace it. I can't do it." Tears filled Garcia's eyes as she saw her friend in pain. JJ hugged her from the back as she felt faint.
"She'll be okay. She's strong. Garcia see if Emily had any cases involving a warehouse." She wanted more than anything to find her.
"Um yeah." She said as she covered the screen, Emily's scream still rang in her ears.
"I got one. JJ I got one! 5482 Reinside drive. Go." The team ran out to their cars. She turned her head to make sure her friend was still breathing.
Her head fell down. "Times up Emily." Doyle put the pen away and held a gun to her head.
"Take me to where he died. I want to see it." She whispered. He walked away moving the camera.
She let out a breath as he untied her legs and grabbed her head by the hair. He walked her to an empty room and threw her in the corner.
"Right there. He was shot right there. And you did this." Emily put her hand on the blood stain on the wall. "Declan." She moved her hand to the other one. "Louisa."
He picked her up and threw her against another wall, breaking a mirror. "How do you know that."
Penelope watched through her screen as she heard a whisper "Who do you think held the gun."
