Jimin opened his eyes, an unfamiliar white ceiling greeting him. His eyes tried to adjust to the lighting as the boy searched through his memory for some answers as to where he is.

Remembering he was in the hospital, he shoot up in his bed, reaching for the covers to pull them off of himself.

"Yoongi!" He almost screamed out while getting up on his feet. He tried to stand on them, but dizziness came back again making the smaller boy sit on the bed.

"Slow down or you'll collapse again." A voice came from somewhere in the room, confusing Jimin. He was sure the room was empty.

"Where is Yoongi? Did he wake up? How long was I asleep? How did I get here? What the hell is even happened?" The boy attacked with questions as Jungkook took a seat on a chair in front of him.

"Slow down. One at a time. But first, take this." The taller boy handed him a glass of water and a pill that Jimin recognized as paroxetine. Yes, he knew the pill very well. He used to take it a lot during early high school days to ease his depression.

He slowly took it and gulped down with a glass of water, hoping it will help him regain his senses. He then looked at Jungkook, waiting for an explanation.

"Now we can talk. You collapsed in the doctors office. We all thought it was because of many sleepless nights, but the doctor said it was due to shock. Did something happen that we don't know about?"

Slowly the memories of the conversation inside that four walls of doctors office came back to Jimin, stabbing his heart. The boy debated whether he should confess everything to his friend or not.

He wanted to hide it all from everyone, but that was impossible. Yoongi will die in about a month and he cannot stop it.

"Did Yoongi wake up?" in the end, he decided to avoid the question by asking one himself.

Jungkook understood that the boy wasn't comfortable yet to come out so he didn't push him further. Instead, he answered Jimin with a light shaking of the head, a sad smile on his face. "But he will, don't worry. He is strong."

Jimin only nodded his head in agreement although he knew very well that the end is approaching slowly.

It has been a long 5 days since their wedding. Jimin never felt lonelier in his life. Each day he spent by Yoongi's side waiting for any signs of him waking up.

The clock on the wall ticked five in the afternoon, signaling Jimin it was time for him to take his therapy. Not wanting anyone to find out he was feeding himself on antidepressants, the boy stood up and excused himself to restroom.

Entering that cold and shabby place, the boy firstly made sure that he was the only one inside before taking out a small bottle from inside the pocket of his jacket.

He took out two of the yellow pills on his palm and stared at them. The boy debated if he should take two or four, cursing at himself in process knowing that the blue ones he left at home were much stronger. But again, it's not like he had much of a choice as these were the only ones he was allowed to buy without prescription.

Taking another pair of them, the boy gulped them down without water, loving the stinging sensation they caused in his throat.

Just as he finishing putting back the small bottle in his pocket, the door bursted open, revealing a heavily breathing Taehyung.

"Yoongi's waking up!"

It took a long ten seconds for Jimin to process the words said, as he was startled by the younger's sudden appearance.

Once the words reached his brain, the boys eyes widened. He quickly shoved his friend aside as he rushed down the hall towards the room where his husband was lying in.

Jimin stood in front of the glass, staring as the doctor examined his love. Yoongi moved his gaze towards the direction Jimin was standing, their eyes locking into a long loving gaze.

Jimin's heart filled with warmness and happiness; he is again able to see those shining two orbs that light his path.

Once the doctor left his patient, Jimin rushed in the room, not leaving a second to pass.

"Yoongi!" The boy screamed out as he englufted his husband in a tight hug. The older male returned his hug the same way, a small smile dancing on his lips.

"Jiminie..." he called out to his husband, moving away a little to connect their lips in a long soft kiss.

Jimin kissed him back, savoring every moment, knowing that it won't last long. He placed his smaller hand on the older's pale and skinny cheek, caressing it softly.

"Good morning, love." after breakfast the kiss, Jimin greeted his husband. Yoongi flashed him a small smile, but it soon faded away as realization hit him.

"Chim, I am sorry..." Yoongi's voice trembled as guilt built up inside him. "I am sorry baby that I ruined our special day."

Jimin pulled the older male into another hug making his break down in tears. The raven haired boy didn't cry this time, he remained strong in front of his love. Both due to the pills and his promise to be Yoongi's strength.

The rest of the boys, although wanting the see and talk to the sick male, remained outside, not wanting to break the moment of still newly wed couple.

Jungkook's eyes locked with Jimin's lifeless ones, confirming the younger male's suspicion that something indeed was going on, something their friend was hiding from them.

Jimin turned back his attention to the man in his arms. Placing a soft kiss on his bandaged head, he spoke up. "It's alright, love. All that matters is that you're fine."

Jimin reassured, although he was lying both to Yoongi and himself. But the older didn't need to know that. The doctor didn't and won't tell him anything, as he promised Jimin the day the raven haired woke up after collapsing.

He knew very well if Yoongi was aware of it, he wouldn't do anything else but suffer in pain and regret for leaving his mochi behind. That's why he decided to keep it a secret.

He wanted to shower Yoongi with happiness and love as much as he could. He was living his last days and Jimin wanted nothing else but to make them the most memorable.
