You're Just Not My Type (Tenya Iida x OC)

Chapter 8✨

It was the next day and I was heading to school. I told Takeo that I wanted to walk to school today.

"Ok, but not everyday or you are going to leave me out of a job." He jokes.

"Haha, I promise I won't." I tell him. Walking to school I stopped at a coffee shop to grab an iced coffee. It's barely the second day, I can't become a coffee addict already. I think to myself.

I walk into campus with the iced coffee in my hand and a smile on my face. "Why do you always look so damn happy, Dimples?" I heard Bakugo say to me.

"Maybe because I'm happy." I smiled bigger.

"Tch, whatever." He states walking away.

"You know, you should try smiling more. You'd look nicer." I say following after Bakugo.

After getting to class the day went on as normal. Homeroom in the morning, then into academic courses. After that we had lunch. 5th period was when we got into the class everyone was most excited for, Hero Basic Training.

All Might walked into the classroom and everyone was in awe. I'm not gonna lie, seeing All Might in person was pretty impressive. I mean he is the #1 hero after all. He told us to get dressed into our hero costumes and meet him in ground beta.

Ok. Now I'm really excited. Our hero costumes. I got a burst of excitement. I grabbed my case and walked to the locker room.

My costume (shown above) was a grey corset bodysuit with grey shorts, I have a belt that holds a small utility knife and the other pocket that holds some first aid supplies. I have black fingerless gloves that help with steadying the energy in my hands.

Walking out onto the field, I saw everyone in their costumes. For the most part I must say that everyone looked amazing. You can see everyone's personality shine. I stood next to next to Bakugo who had a very detailed costume that even had grenade gauntlets, GRENADE GAUNTLETS. They are very fitting not gonna lie. I was looking around when my eyes fell on someone one in a head to toe in amour. I was confused so I ask Bakugo, "Who is that?"

Bakugo responded, "Who the hell do you think? It's Glasses."

I almost choked on my spit. Glasses?! Can he even move in that? Isn't it hot in that? I kinda felt bad for the way I was thinking because everyone is different, but it looked very uncomfortable from where I was standing. As we all regroup All Might stood in front of us explaining the exercise that we were doing. It was a battle simulation, heroes vs. villains. We would get our partners in lots. When I grabbed my letter I realized that I would be partnered with Midoriya.

Ok, maybe this won't be bad. I have someone I know with me so maybe that can make working together easier.

"Hey Midoriya, its cool that we got paired up together." I told him.

"Yea, teamwork might be a little easier because of that." He said.

"I agree."

I turn to Bakugo who was paired up with Iida. I don't think I would have been able to last. Good luck Bakugo.

I turn back to look at All Might, "Alright, lets see the first groups that will battle today. The hero group will be Midoriya and Sumiye, and they will be battling against, Bakugo and Iida." All Might states.

Well, ok. This should be fun.
