TANTALIZING
|02•17•2020|
The songs that I don't hear yet you sing for her
Turn her cheeks sanguine as you hold her closer.
The chemistry between you I cannot ignore, it's stronger
Than the last time you promised her forever. You're cryptic to everyone but her, it makes me dreary
Telling her you'll always be there for her, why do I envy?
With me you care and smile with that light in your eyes I see
But you never told me I'm special, bright and a beauty.I feel your gaze and I hear you cheer for me,
But that's just that, I'm just an acquaintance for thee
Yet until now I still consider you tantalizing,
A dream upon the stars I kept on wishing. In every words that rhyme in all my poems I muster
Secret messages, tales and feelings deep undercover.
I have to let you go before I fall deeper
For I know you won't catch me unlike what you did to her.
