SOMETHING DIFFERENT
|12•11•2019|
You are a drug I am tempted to taste,
A precious find that cannot go to waste.
You are the poison I'd love to have before bed,
You are something different, bearing the shade of red. You're a dangerous explosive I want so bad,
I'd run away from you but in your arms I'd land.
You're the deep ocean I yearn to drown in,
You're a bright, perilous flame that draws me in.You're intoxicating, bewildering and new,
An undecipherable text in my favorite book.
A delightful misery I can never be free,
A whiff of everlasting sweet melancholy.
