Mary opened the door to find a tall, nervous man holding a sheet of paper that trembled in his hands. The man read the sheet of paper attentively.
— "S-sorry ma'am, due t-to the c-coffee bean virus, we d-don't have enough c-coffee beans for y-your order—"
—"What?!" Shouted Mary, her face turning red with anger.
The man paused for a moment, his face pale with fear. He knew how Mary loved coffee— and what what she would do to get it. He continued to read from his carefully worded script.
—" h-however, CoffeeCamp co. would be h-happy to give you a refund—"
—"I DONT WANT A REFUND!" Mary shouted at the man, but soon remembered to calm her temper so he wouldn't leave. Mary cleared her throat,
—" I don't want a refund," said Mary with a calmer voice "I want my coffee."The man stared down at his script, he wouldn't dare look up. He scanned through the sheet of paper trying to find something he could say.
—"I'm s-sorry, Miss Arabica, as s-soon as we get more c-coffee we will fulfill your order"
Before Mary could say anything, the man was already making a quick escape to his truck, leaving her panicking about her desperate situation.
