Diamond's POV

Well, my suspicion was right. I did have to work tonight. Friday night. My first night actually working. I was relying on tips tonight for more money because I don't actually get paid which is a problem. But at least I have a place to live.

I walked downstairs and people already started trailing in. I didn't say anything to Dallas. I washed my hands and put my hair in a high ponytail.

I hated my hair up. I normally wore it down. The only time I wore it up was when I was with dad on a mission and I might need to get my hands dirty. But otherwise, it was normally slightly curled.

We went almost the whole night without talking. I shoved him once and said, "Move" when we almost walked into each other. He seemed annoyed with me.

But it was 6 in the morning and everyone slowly seemed to leave. But my God, I was tired. I've pulled all nighters before but I never had to serve other people during them. I would normally do something I liked while staying up. This was something else.

Dallas was cleaning up the bar area and I went to the back room to clean up any cans and bottles. There was a twenty dollar bill on the floor. This guy must have been crazy drunk to not realize that he left this.

I looked back to make sure Dallas wasn't watching before I took it. I put it in my back pocket and collected more garbage. I threw everything away and I looked back in the room to make sure I didn't miss anything.

There was something on the floor so I went over to it. I picked it up and looked at it. Once I realized what it was, I screamed.

"What the fuck?" Dallas asked coming over.

"I'm taking a shower." I said disgustedly.

"That was random." He said.

"Do people just have sex back here and leave their fucking condoms on the floor?" I said shaking my hand out of disgust.

He laughed. "That's why I hate cleaning up back here."

I rolled my eyes. Even though I almost puked just looking at it, I picked up the condom and threw it at him.

He pushed it off of him. "What the fuck was that for?" He yelled.

"I'm taking a shower." I said ignoring his comment and walking upstairs.

"It just touched your hand." He said.

"I feel infected." I said looking down from upstairs.

I thought I saw Dallas crack a grin as he turned around. Never thought I'd see that.

But I took a shower and I made sure to wipe my hand until it was raw. I feel absolutely disgusted. I got out of the shower and dried my hair.

Finally, I got to go to bed. I woke up at 12:00 exactly. I put waves in my hair, put on makeup, and got dressed. That brought me to about 12:30.

"Well, I guess I can get something to eat." I mumbled to myself. I put on a jacket and walked downstairs.

There weren't any people inside during the day and it kinda gave me chills almost. I don't know why. It gave me that abandoned feeling.

As I walked outside, Dallas came inside. We didn't say anything and I just kept walking. I didn't see Dallas again until the bar started getting busy. I feel like I got this down. But it was Sunday morning and the bar was closed again.

I locked it up after Buck left and we were left to cleaning again. "You gonna clean the back room?" Dallas asked.

"I'm never going over there again. You can also clean the front room because I'm sure it's the same way." I said picking up all the leftovers and the tips.

I wiped down the tables over on the side and he went through the rooms. We were almost done and he walked out of the back room. "I'm kinda surprised that grossed you out as much as it did."

"Why is that?" I asked emptying the tip jar out and splitting it.

"Seems like you've seen those a lot." Dallas mumbled.

I raised an eyebrow. "I'm sorry?" I asked rudely.

"Just seems like you have." He said in the same voice as when he said it the first time.

"Oh so just because I act the way I do, I just have sex all the time?" I asked.

"No, that's not what I said."

"It's what it sounds like. I still think that shit is gross. I didn't use it." He rolled his eyes. "And even though it's none of your business, I am a virgin."

"Growing up the way you did-"

I stopped him. "Growing up the way I did? I grew up in a house filled with 40 guys, there was no privacy and my dad watched my every move. I wasn't even allowed to have friends."

"Calm down. It was a joke."

"It wasn't a joke. So have fun cleaning this place up by yourself." I said walking upstairs into my room. What an asshole.

I took a shower and I went to bed. At least this place is closed for the day so I don't have to deal with all the noise. And I don't have to work. At least I have something to look forward to. But as of now, I need to get back at Dallas Winston.

But I know absolutely nothing about him. At least not enough to know what will piss him off. I have to find his friends. I'm sure they'll know more about him than I would.

I quickly got ready for my day and went to find them. I went to the house I stopped at when I first got here to see if they were their. I knew Dallas was sleeping so he wouldn't be there.

I knocked on the door and Darry answered it. "Umm... hi." He said.

"Try to contain your excitement. Is everyone here?"

He shook his head. "No. Why?"

"I need to ask them a question."

"What question."

"Nosy, aren't we?" He nodded. "What's something Dallas cannot stand. Something he hates."

He thought for a second and finally said, "They're at the park. Down the road to the left."

"Thanks." I said. "If you lied to me, I swear to God-"

He cut me off. "That's where they said they were going. They went to play football."

"Perfect." I said walking away.
