Chapter 11
Serena POV
"It's beautiful," Beverly dreamily sighed, running her fingers along the exterior of the attack helicopter. "I love it! It's so amazing!"
"Emily, you really outdid yourself this time!" Penelope singed, checking out the interior of the helicopter. "You even added a fridge for food!"
"Yes, I know that I am amazing," Emily smiled, taking in all the applause. "Now, I'd like to send this attack helicopter off first by hitting it with a bottle of vodka. Tae, please hand me the bottle."
Tae hands Emily a huge bottle of vodka, and Emily smashes it against the door. I grumble for a bit before voicing my opinion.
"I could've drank that you know," I say, crossing my arms. "You wasted it on this."
"It's kind of like a traditional thing," Penelope shrugged. "You know, to give a new vehicle a proper send off."
"I don't care what Emily does with the vodka," Beverly says, rubbing her stomach. "I'm pregnant, so I don't really care."
"Why would you get pregnant anyways?" I asked, "you do realise what inconveniences children are... Right?"
"Hey, at least I get special priority!" Beverly snaps, "and I also get to make someone jealous..."
Jimin sniffed in distaste, "I don't like you."
"You say that now," Beverly winked.
RM (the father of the baby) looks sad, and goes off to have another crying episode. He's been a lot more depressed lately, I think it's because he's hopelessly in love with Beverly who's in love with Jimin who's in love with me. Although Beverly seems to have moved on. Maybe. A bit.
Again, Jimin makes another move and tries to hold my hand. I slap it away, but I continue letting him stand close to me. He looks happy, since it's a development. Beverly looks jealous, but she can't do anything because I'll punch her stomach which will kill her kid.
"I need guns," Emily started, "and food. We also need lots of water, and a first aid kit."
"We're not getting you a gun," Junk blankly stated. "I am in fear of my life everyday because of your pistol."
"You don't have to get it yourself!" Emily exclaimed, "but we need guns."
"No."
"What if the soldiers try to kill us then, Junk? My blood is on your hands!"
"You have a pistol already!"
"Oh please, if I'm to defend myself, I need an assault rifle, a bolt action sniper, an SMG would be good as well. Tactical shotguns would be amazing as well, and I can-"
"Do you realise how difficult it's gonna be to get all those guns?" Jin jumped in, "it's not that we're refusing to get you the guns. It's that it's almost impossible-"
"Nah, it's fine," I say. "I raided a gun shop yesterday."
"Wait, why?" J-hope asked.
"There was this annoying bitch yesterday who kept on ringing on the doorbell while you were all out for breakfast. He kept on calling for Jimin, so I made a quick trip to a gun store and I threatened to shoot him if he didn't leave. His name was like Oli or something..."
"Do you mean... Oli London?" Penelope carefully said.
"Yeah, that dude who was on Dr Phil."
"Wait, who's Oli London?" Jimin questioned.
"Well he's basically this guy who's getting plastic surgery to look like y-"
"Shut up Beverly," I snapped. "Preserve his innocence, okay?"
"Listen Serena, just because your protecting his 'innocence' does not make you a better person than me-"
"Can we all just shut up before I kill myself?" Emily seethes. "And I would not like to die before Junk."
"I am going to murder you with my bare hands-" Junk started, but Emily held up the middle finger, and he did it back with both hands.
"Hey guys!" Ember cheerfully says, holding a small silvery tabby cat in her hands. "I adopted a cat, see?"
"I have a dog," Tae suddenly says, "they won't get along."
"Too bad," Ember shrugged, "I have a cat now. I'm naming her Blossom."
"My dog is scared of cats," Tae repeats, "you can't have that in my house."
"She's my cat now!" Ember replied, "I'm not going back to the adoption center!"
"I can't let you run around with a cat!"
"Shut up Tae!" Ember yelled, "Blossom is here to stay!"
"My dog was here first!" Tae yelled back, holding his dog in his arms as it barked at the cat.
"Maybe we can come up with a compromise," Penelope started, but was not heard by the yells of Ember and Tae.
"You're so annoying!" Ember screamed, losing her usually calm demeanor and level head.
"You're so stupid!"
"At least I-"
"Kiddos, let's stop fighting," Emily cut in. "It's not okay for you two to fight. It's okay when Junk and I fight because he deserves to get yelled at-"
"You're the one who-"
"The point is," Emily continued, "we can't fight about these little things anymore. Ember, we'll be leaving in 2 days anyways, so we don't have to get so worked up about your cat scaring Tae's dog."
"Okay, first of all," Tae started. "You and Jungkook fight so many times about little things."
"No we don't," they both screamed in unison.
"You literally fought today about who was paying the bill for breakfast."
"He should've paid!" Emily defended, "he's the rich one!"
"I'm the one who let you stay in our house after you assaulted us, held us at gunpoint and rigged that award show! This is the least that I could've gotten back!" Junk jumped in after.
"You also fought literally 20 minutes ago about who was gonna press the button for the elevator."
"I wanted to press it!" Emily sputtered, "he jumped in before we could even discuss who was pressing it!"
"I live here! I should be able to press what I want to-"
"But I wanted to press it as well!"
The two annoying ding dongs continue bickering, and Ember and Tae have an even huger fight. I sulk away, and swat away Jimin's hand for the thousandth time.
