Chapter 116 - Its One Size Too Small (3)
There were a few paper bags from when she last went shopping, so Cheng Huan pulled one out and handed it over to him.
By now the man had already folded his dirty laundry. They looked very neat. He put them inside of the bag one by one and, by the last piece, Cheng Huan finally realized what he meant by it was one size too small.
She blushed all over again.
It was very awkward to discuss the matters of an adult man's size for a woman who had never dated her entire life. "It's one size too small" played itself over and over again in her mind. Cheng Huan felt very embarrassed yet she couldn't help but kept on looking at the area that was being restricted.
"Ahem." Cheng Huan cleared her throat and forced herself to look away. Staring at the ceiling, she suggested for him to leave. "You are heading out, right?"
Now that he had bathed, Jiang MingYuan had no reason to stay any longer. He acknowledged her then, with the bag of dirty laundry in his hand, walked into the bedroom, talked to XingXing quickly and exchanged kisses with him, before he was ready to head out.
"Goodnight. Don't stay up too late," said Jiang MingYuan gently to the one inside of the door while standing on the outside.
"You too," said Cheng Huan dismissively while staring at the door handle. She closed the door as soon as she finished saying it.
After the security door was closed, he heard the sound of it being locked. Jiang MingYuan did not take off right away. Staring at the closed door, a inexplicable smile appeared on him.
She couldn't even hide her shyness. That made him feel both refreshing and interesting.
And also... very attractive.
Once he had gotten home, he put his dirty laundry into the laundry basket. Someone came to clean his place daily; that wasn't something that he needed to worry about. There's temperature control at his place and would adjust to the most comfortable temperature automatically. Jiang MingYuan walked inside of his walk-in closet and started taking his clothes off one by one. After he had removed the last piece, he let out a comfortable sigh.
The article of clothing that didn't have too much fabric was lying on the floor. He opened up the closet and put on a different set of clothes.
After he had buttoned up the last button, Jiang MingYuan opened the door and was about to head out again. He had goofed too much in the day time and still had a lot to take care of that night.
He opened up his room door and took a step out before he headed back inside, picked up the clothes on the floor, and tossed them into the laundry basket.

The matter of size had kept Cheng Huan up half the night and she finally fell asleep close to midnight.
As she went to bed late, she wasn't in her best spirit in the morning. Cheng Huan yawned a lot when she was preparing breakfast. She woke XingXing up, dropped him off the kindergarten, before she came back and took a nap.
It was still a little bit warm underneath the blanket. Cheng Huan wrapped herself up inside of it and her brain was fuzzy. The last thought in her mind was: It's probably best to keep a distance from that man. Luckily the next few days were workdays.
Jiang MingYuan was particularly busy recently and didn't have time to come over. He even had to shorten greatly the time that he spent talking to XingXing at night. Usually he barely got a few sentences in when there was something looking for him on the other end. Cheng Huan heard a bit from one side. It was said that he was on a out-of-town business trip and wouldn't be back for ten or so days.
Good! Cheng Huan let out a sigh of relief and felt much better after finding that out. With her effort to forget and time's passing, she had forgotten about the embarrassing subject from the other day.
The restaurant had just opened up and Cheng Huan had been busy recently as well. She needed to watch over areas and made sure nothing would fall through.
